i LOVE this creamer but they changed the seal and the lid and it is TERRIBLE, it's SO hard to open and when you can get it open it explodes everywhere!! really big mistake changing the lid/seal, what were they even thinking?!? i really hope they fix it...seriously, please fix it, so i don't have to find a new creamer...this is my favourite creamer but that lid/seal is NOT worth the waste and the mess it makes!!

When you go to the store, you have to always make sure you open it up and make sure the seal is not broken because we bought it and my son shook it and it was liquid coming out of it. It was sticky from the beginning so we had to throw it out. We called Customer Service. They were beautiful. They helped us out, but we just had to buy a new one just to replace it Always be careful and make sure all the seals are sealed.

I have been using International delight for many years, however this new container that is a pain to open. When the new style lid finally does open it pulls creamer out of the bottle and goes everywhere. I was so excited when this product hit the market. It tasted exactly like a Reese's peanut butter cup. I was in heaven. Then later it seemed as if something changed in the flavor somewhat but I didn't care, I kept buying. At one point when I realized that it was getting harder to find and online comments hinted at not selling it anymore, I bought as many containers as I could find and threw them in the freezer. Yes, I read do not freeze. Now a few years down the road and I am really wanting to purchase more. I did see that it has not been OFFICIALLY discontinued so would you do a customer a favor and make a case and send to me? I would be your BFF. Thank you, Priscilla Tears

Product OK. Although I do agree with some that the creamer isn't as thick and flavorful as before; still better than a lot of others (especially coffee mate). The new container is downright terrible: thin & flimsy, awful new lid, and that pull-tap top is the worst.

I've been addicted to International Delight French Vanilla for over 20 years. In the last two months I've noticed a change in the flavor, color, and thickness. This all started when they changed the bottle cap. The color use to be off white and it is now bright white. It no longer tastes like what ive been drinking for 20yrs. Please figure it out.

The new bottles are impossible. Go back to the old bottles. The new pull loops and thin bottles are asking for the creamer to explode on you...which has happened 2x out 2 bottles to me. I had to wipe down half my kitchen from the ensuing explosion. Go back to the old bottles.

We used to buy 3 of these every week in the 32oz bottles and we loved it, but ever since you changed from the foil seal to the pull tab we struggle to open them and when we finally do get them open, it spills creamer on the counter because of the force you have to exert to pull them open. The pull ring cuts into your fingers when you pull on it and today the ring broke off while pulling and almost cut my boyfriends finger. Until this has been changed, we will have to switch to another brand. If 2 young and able-bodied individuals struggle to open these new bottles, I fear older individuals, those with mobility issues in their arms or hands, or people with arthritis would not be able to open these at all.
