International Delight Coffee Creamer

Ever since the company got bought by Danone, the hijinx and gaslighting hasn't stopped (gross rotten expired product bottled up with a "good" sell by date, brown slime, etc etc.) It truly sucks. ID FV used to be the highlight of my day. Yesterday the lady on the phone basically acted like I was imagining the drastic watering down, no vanilla whatsoever smells like elmers glue chemical sh show that they bottled up in the "new" bottle. It's so disgusting. it tastes cheap like that gmo garbage coffeemate. yuk. Now I'm completely out of french vanilla creamer options because I've tried them all even making my own. They changed the recipe obviously to save money and took down a legend of a creamer. The only good things is I'll prob lose weight not drinking oil everyday. Mmmm nope ID. Mmmmm bye.

This creamer surprised me. I was skeptical. It wasn't too sweet in my opinion. If it is for you then I would just use less, maybe mix it with some unsweetened cream. It definitely tastes like a chocolate covered strawberry. If you want your coffee to taste like that then I would highly recommend.

Spoiled? Rancid? I just bought this creamer and it’s already my gone bad.

Absolutely hate the new packaging--the plastic pull ring is nearly impossible to pull cleanly, and when it does finally release, creamer slops all over the place. The taste of the creamer itself has gotten very hit and miss as well. The last bottle I had tasted fine, but my current bottle seems watered down (even after shaking) and tasteless. I don't now how you can take a product that's been beloved by millions for decades and mess it up so completely, but you've managed it. I won't be buying it again, not in this economy.

Will never compare to our beloved Cold Stone creamer. Every time I buy this I hope I'll see the original on the shelf, and every time I'm disappointed. Why does it taste like this, why did you have to take good one away, questions I fear will never be answered.

I bought another International Delight French Vanilla thinking the first bottle I had was just off in taste and creamy texture, but no, there is something really wrong here and I am throwing out what is left in the bottles that I bought twice now....and will NOT buy again until the company gets their product back on track, if ever. Selling a product that tastes like it does now shows that they don't care what the public thinks. And P.S. this happened in tandem with the company changing the cap style on their bottle, strange.

Been drinking this for years till yesterday when i opened a new bottle and the taste is TERRIBLE.. WHY DID YOU CHANGE IT???? has a white pull top not the foil top and it taste like Chemicals!!! YOU DO NOT CHANGE THE TASTE IF YOU WANT CUSTOMERS TO STILL BUY IT.

I gave it 3 stars because of the new way to open. I just wanted to say that the new way of opening the containers is not an easy task for older people, people with arthritis, and again the ring itself has a sharp edge. The foil was so much easier, even if I had to take a knife and make a slit to easily tear off the foil. I buy a LOT of the french vanilla as we go through 1-32oz in 1-1/2 days. May have to go back to the competition!

What has happened to the taste of French Vanilla? YUK!!! I buy this creamer constantly - usually 4 bottles at a time for work and home. I purchased two bottles this week and they both taste completely different. I guess I am finding a new creamer.

I just bought a bottle of the French Vanilla to have at Easter and it tastes like cardboard. What is wrong with it? I never had that happen before.

The French Vanilla creamer no longer tastes the same. I thought it was bad, so threw it away and got another. The new one tastes awful too! Please change it back!!!!

Over the last couple of years I have noticed a huge difference in the lack of Vanilla flavor in the creamer. The International Delight brand has always been my favorite up until 2 years ago. I thought I was getting sick and losing my sense of taste when I tried drinking my coffee and it had no flavor after pouring a few creamers into it while at a restaurant. I took my coffee home with me and when I got home I opened up a new bottle I had in my fridge, this new bottle had no Vanilla flavor in that either. To check if I was losing my sense of taste I had someone else try it and they also confirmed there was no flavor. I have purchased a couple more bottles hoping that batch was just light on flavor but it has not changed the flavor is still lacking drastically. Maybe it’s a way for the company to save money who knows, either way I will be switching to a different brand. It’s a shame because like I said up until a couple of years ago it was my favorite Vanilla flavored coffee creamer but wasting money on something that isn’t what it should be is something I cannot afford to do.

Hi I have been a long time customer of you French vanilla creamer. I noticed you recently changed the packaging where the top of the cap is a shorter cap with a white pull back seal. The French vanilla in this bottle tastes like chemicals it’s terrible. I noticed that the French vanilla with the bigger gold cap and the original foil seal tastes the way that it usually tastes, what happened?

I have used international to like creamer in my coffee for a minimum of 4 years I love it but I noticed in March somewhere in there they change the cap configuration now I'm a senior and I have health issues and I can't have a hard time getting the cap open so I will now switch and find me another one

Would give zero stars if I could . This was awful . Had to spit it out . Do not waste your money

I don’t know what happened but I opened a new creamer this morning (happened to be 1st of new bottle design that I’ve used) and couldn’t believe how terrible my coffee tasted. You all have to have changed the recipe and if that’s the case I’m switching to another brand. I’ve used ID French vanilla for over a decade so to now have a terrible aftertaste it tells me something has changed along with the design of the bottle/top. Why would you try to fix something that was NOT broken?!

Dear Danone - It seems unlikely you would have changed the formula for any reason other than to increase profits. Less ingredients, cheaper, whatever. Seems short sighted when we're just going to stop drinking it.
