Delicious and I love that I don’t need to eyeball and risk getting it wrong. I know how many of the tiny plastic cups go into my cup for perfect results every time. Also, shelf life is incredibly long and no need to worry about wasting half an unused bottle when buying the big container. I don’t use it often enough to hate myself for all the waste created by the single use containers.

The appearance of the bottle (with a new lid) isn’t the only thing that has changed with International Delight’s French Vanilla coffee creamer. The creamer now has an odd taste, even after purchasing from 3 different grocers. This now has me exploring alternative creamers after being a loyal customer for over 10 years.

Changed the recipe, uses very similar ingredients to coffeemate. Coffeemate gives me acid reflux and now delight does too! Thank you for going with cheaper ingredients!! Can't wait to have a creamer-less coffee tomorrow.

I cannot even drink coffee without ID french vanilla creamer. However, I am very disappointed that you have changed the packaging. The new package is very difficult to open. And when I do get it open it spills all over the counter. Thank goodness I still have a couple of old bottles that I can wash out and pour the new stuff in. I have been doing this for many years with Maxwell House coffee after they changed their packaging too. 😪

This creamer used to be my favorite. After the switch to the new plastic pull top, I can’t even purchase it anymore. Not only is the topic extremely difficult to get off. The taste of the creamer has completely changed. I don’t know what is going on, but I’m going to have to find a new creamer if this continues. I’ve tried to buy the bigger 64 container and that doesn’t seem to have a different taste, but it does seem like something has changed. At least for now it is easier to get open.

International delight french vanilla has been my favorite creamer for years. I just bought a new one and noticed it does not taste as good as before, it is definitely not as sweet and tasty. In fact it lacks taste now. I am extremely disappointed if they changed their amazing recipe and may need to now go on a search for a new brand.

Please discontinue the new pull ring top. It is so difficult to open and when it does come out I usually wear the creamer because the new bottles seem to be a cheaper, thinner plastic. The flip tops are also harder to open as well. I have to unscrew the top to pour it because I can’t get the lid to flip open. I love the product, but I’m considering finding another brand. The bottle I just opened ended up spilling all over the counter and on me.

I like the taste of the creamer, but I have difficulty pulling the tab on the cap. Today I broke the cap trying to pull the tab. I won't buy this product again unless the company fixes the tab problem on the cap.

Why, why, WHY would you change a beloved product like this? Do you really think people like myself who drink this stuff daily won't notice that your French Vanilla creamer is now thin, watery and tastes like soy milk and dirt?? Or do you just not care? This was the ONLY coffee creamer I could ever drink. I can't have soy or dairy so my choices are limited. But I genuinely loved ID FV so it was fine. Now I can't even stand my coffee because this new stuff is so gross. I'd rather give up coffee altogether than drink this watered down swill. Congratulations, you just lost a lifetime customer...and a quick cursory search online tells me I'm not the only one.

I always buy this creamer. Today I purchased a couple bottles and tried to open it. It was difficult. I saw a video of a man putting a large wooded spoon through the circle thing. I tried it and got creamer all over the counter, food, the silverware drawer, the floor, etc.! Why would you do this? I am considering buying from other companies now. Very disappointed.

What have you done??? I've been using this product for years. The last few bottle have a new inner seal, plastic instead of the foil....this is fine, no problem with that. But the taste is definitely different and not in a positive way! There is an off taste which I can't quite pinpoint. Something in your formula/recipe has definitely change to a negative, not positive. Whatever you did you need to undo it! Reading different reviews it's not just me! May have to switch to Coffeemate!!

We have used this product for years and love its flavor and being so creamy; however, my last two purchases had new plastic ring openers. Those new openers are terrible. They are difficult to pull out for someone with arthritis in their hands. When they don’t pull out, they break and parts of the plastic fall into the bottle. Please go back to the foil cap you have used for years.
