Love International Delight!
Long time ID-FV fan here!! Almost a year ago suggested printing the expiration date on the dark blue label in a color that can be read without a spotlight & magnifying glass! Yesterday i was pleasantly surprised with the new expiration stamp I could see with little effort! Sent a Thank you message and received a lovely reply today! Great product/Great company!

Spout leaks
What have you changed in your packaging recently. I have been purchasing the hazelnut creamer for years. Always have 2 in the fridge but the last one I got continued to leak from the top every time I used it. Finally poured it into another container.

I bought the French Vanilla last week. While I am happy with the flavor and your product, as an elderly person with diminishing strength, I found opening the container with the plastic ring pull top almost impossible to open. When I final got the container open, the plastic broke and the creamer splashed on me and the counter. I was not pleased. I prefer the tin foil cover.

Hate the new lid
I’m coming here to complain about the new lid. It was very difficult to open. I had to pull so hard cream sprayed across my kitchen floor. Nit the way I want to start my morning Who designed this? And was it tested at all with real people? I work with elderly people and I’m telling you none of them would be able to open this. Now is a good time for me to switch to a healthier and easier to open option.

I used to be a big fan of this flavor, but they recently changed something and now it tastes vile. I don't know what it has what I can only describe as an EXTREMELY strong chemical flavor, it legit made me nauseous. DO NOT buy this

What happen?
I use to enjoy the French vanilla and the white chocolate mocha, now however they both suck!! Taste like straight water, ruining even the taste of my coffee. It's sad really. Been on a hunt looking for a new creamer.

I love this creamer...the packaging not so much!
I have been buying your creamer now for a couple of years at least. I have always really loved the French Vanilla. Honestly, I never really thought the other flavors were unique enough. So I keep buying Vanilla. But my main pet peeve now is opening them. I am almost 70 and my fingers are a bit arthritic but I hate your new pull tab to get it open. It's hard plastic and when it works it's fine but it always takes a big strongish pull! My finger gets cramped and or the tab pulls out only partially or worse it comes out with a tug and cream flies everywhere. Call me old, but I still have strength in my hands...for now anyway, lol. Please consider another option or I will have to find something to replace this part of my daily consumption!

Previously rated 3* due to the new (terrible) bottle & perceived lack of taste (watered down, less flavor). But, after trying another brand (Chobani) that reminded me what a good creamer taste like, I wanted to change my rating to 1*. This product is barely passible as creamer.

BAD NEW BOTTLE DESIGN
Not only is the new design difficult to open, and less environmentally friendly, The cap doesn't even stay on these new bottles. There is only one Thread, rather than 3 or 4 like the "Good" older bottle design. I had to rinse out my last empty Tried and True Old design one, and refill that. Guess I will be trying to find the old style bottles and saving them now. Or finding a new brand :(

Terrible New Design on Cheaper Container
I have been using International delight for many years, however this new container that is a pain to open. When the new style lid finally does open it pulls creamer out of the bottle and goes everywhere. I am sorry to say this new cheaper container is not going to work for me and I am going to be checking out some other brands.

Poor design top
I continue to buy this but your recent change to a new top is a negative. I’m forced to use pliers to remove the white plastic cover…not an improvement. The creamer itself is perfect.

Stop changing things...especially the container
Product OK. Although I do agree with some that the creamer isn't as thick and flavorful as before; still better than a lot of others (especially coffee mate). The new container is downright terrible: thin & flimsy, awful new lid, and that pull-tap top is the worst.

Not good anymore
I've been addicted to International Delight French Vanilla for over 20 years. In the last two months I've noticed a change in the flavor, color, and thickness. This all started when they changed the bottle cap. The color use to be off white and it is now bright white. It no longer tastes like what ive been drinking for 20yrs. Please figure it out.

New bottles suck
The new bottles are impossible. Go back to the old bottles. The new pull loops and thin bottles are asking for the creamer to explode on you...which has happened 2x out 2 bottles to me. I had to wipe down half my kitchen from the ensuing explosion. Go back to the old bottles.

New Bottle is Dangerous!
I love the product, been enjoying the French Vanilla for most of my coffee-drinking life. However, I hate the new bottle design! It poses a safety risk due to broken skin and bits of broken plastic falling into the bottle.

Tastes funny
I have been using the French vanilla creamer for years. I opened a new large container A couple of weeks ago and my coffee tasted different, had a weird taste. So I thought maybe something was wrong with it so I threw it away. I bought another one and it tastes the same. I think maybe they changed the recipe but very disappointed. I'll be looking for a new creamer

Bad Bad Bad
Literally just brought from another one I purchased last week same issues what is going on this is the only creamer I like and it’s clumps and bad smell like spoiled I have pics but won’t allow me to load

Odd Chemical Taste
The appearance of the bottle (with a new lid) isn’t the only thing that has changed with International Delight’s French Vanilla coffee creamer. The creamer now has an odd taste, even after purchasing from 3 different grocers. This now has me exploring alternative creamers after being a loyal customer for over 10 years.
