This pool allows for my younger kiddos to still enjoy safely and large enough for my older kids to still have room to play and not feel like they are in a Kiddy pool. This pool covered the diameter that my older kids want to play in while not being so deep I can’t allow the younger ones in it. For me it is the perfect compromise. I happily purchased the pump that is not included and it works perfectly for our family. It is sturdy and well made to last. I did receive the Intex pool itself in exchange for my honest review.

It fits on our patio so we can keep an eye on them from the living room and it's shallow enough that our 4 year old can easily stand in it even when full. We haven't gotten a ladder for it yet. Honestly having this pool is the only thing that keeps summers bearable. It's the only reason the kids will go outside when it's over 100 every day. They spend literal hours in it every day. We have a large sand filter that works great with it.

Aawesome pool for cooling off during the hot summers of Las Vegas. The only issue I have is when you tighten the ropes to the cover once it's on. The ropes rip the cover. So after one try of using the cover it's not longer usable. Spend the extra money on a decent cover and pump for this pool.
