The first pool we received had a hole in it. Intex replaced it through warranty, but the second one had a flaw in the inflatable ring which was a bigger problem than the small hole in the first one. Spoke to customer "service" reps amd even a supervisor at Intex. They refused to send a replacement or compensate us in any way. Treated us horribly on the phone. We paid for a product and never received one that wasn't broken. I even contacted BBB, but intex doesn't even care. Such a shame that there is no accountability or customer service from Intex. Basically stuck with a broken pool that we paid for.
