After I filled the pool I noticed a pinhole in the side wall. To take advantage of the warranty you have to mail a cut out of the pool to intex. Which means I am dumping 4,000 gallons of water to get a replacement. The patch kit that came with the pool did not have adhesive. The ladder also had broken pieces.

This pool is exactly as advertised. All of the equipment for maintaining the pool comes with it (except chemicals, of course), which is very handy. It was all reasonably easy to assemble using the directions included. I felt that Intex worked hard to make this product something that wouldn't just be a seasonal throw-away. It's not exactly sturdy, but you get what you pay for and I felt that this was a good value for my money. Our pool had been infested with algae a couple of times, and the little filter worked its tail off to clear it out successfully. I would recommend this pool to anyone looking for this sort of product.

Didn’t look anything like the box. Looked like a big blob sitting in my back yard. Instructions were very hard to understand. Took 7hours to fill the pool and once filled the side walls and ground of pool blended together. Water didn't stay in. Drained pool and returned. Had to call VM Express a few times.
