Runs extremely large!
I looked at some of my other union suit style pajamas/costumes prior to making purchase and got a large/xl. When I got this though I was swimming in it. This xl is more like a 2 or maybe 3x or big and tall mens. The quality is good though so I’ve ordered a smaller size and will be returning the one. Don’t make same mistake. I should have read description better.

Horrible sizing. I am 5'3 130 lbs and got the XXS. It is huge! It looks like it's meant to fit someone who is a minimum of 5'6 170. Very comfy otherwise but size way WAY down.
