I've been using this shampoo since 2010. Why did you change the formula? I thought it was my hair style but I figured out it was the shampoo. I keep buying it because I don't want to go through the hassle of finding a new shampoo. I told my hair stylist it changed and she didn't even notice.

I will not buy the new formula " Envigo" the smell is terrible and it is too heavy. I sent an email about it and was told you wouldn't be going back to the old formula and thank you for the suggestion. Well you've lost a long time high praising customer! I have told soo many friends about my favorite shampoo and they started using it . Well we're done .. you changed the formula with no warning ..why? so I guess it's on to something different I guess. I will check the website from time to time to see if you smartened up and at the very least offer the old formula as another option. Very disappointed and sad customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, so to all my ladies and fellas with natural beach waves and coarse hair textures - if you color your hair, you NEED to be sure to use the right haircare products, because we both know if you use any ole' shampoo, the color will not only fade, but your hair looks dead way faster than other hair types (ughhhhhhhh). I had never heard of a shampoo and conditioner made just for coarser hair types, and the fact that this product came from higher end beauty stores unlike major drugstores like I usually shop at for hair care scared me a little bit because of the price... but it is worth it, and I am a total convert and never going back for as long as I rock this balayage! This shampoo locks in my color-treatment and gives it such a nice shine, and the formulation for coarse hair tames the frizz without losing my natural volume. This also has SUCH a lovely smell to it that I want to buy the matching conditioner just so I can keep it smelling great after every shower. I looked online and could only find invigo which looked the same. I ordered it thinking that the packaging must have changed. When I used the new formula it was a shock. It didn’t smell the same. The texture was different and I had to use twice the amount I used to before it lathered. My hair looked frizzy, got oily and lifeless just the next day. I was going to sue the seller thinking I got conned with a fake product which didn’t compare to Wella Brilliance at all. Luckily I checked this site and so relieved to see there are so many others who have the same opinion. I am so lost without the old “Brilliance”. Please Bring it back!!

I dared to try something different on my hair but after using it I love the results! After years of using the same products, I received the offer thru infuenster of this shampoo and loved the texture, fragrance, and quality. The best thing was that my hair looked and smelled great too. Gave a little volume to my hair too. No residue or build up after using , and I find my hair is shimmery and vibrant. Would highly recommend.

It wasnt as frizzy either. The more I use it the less frizzy my hair has gotten. I absolutely love this. It doesnt have a super strong smell, and it leaves your hair feeling so fresh and clean. Absolutely a must have! So happy I bought these. Will never return to other hair products!
