The Easy One Touch 2 Wireless Air Vent and CD Mount features Qi wireless charging for use with your Google Pixel, Android, or iPhone.

The plug that came with it never worked so used my own cord. It often works fine, but sometimes only charges for 20 seconds or so, then cuts out. Sometimes it restarts and sometimes it doesn't. When it works it's great, holds the phone solidly, and getting the phone back out is easy with one hand.

Hi Christina! I totally understand that installation can be a bit tricky at times. Each mounting piece indeed has its own little "aha" moments! For the vent mount, you'll find two tightening knobs: the one nearest the vent is for securing the vent mount, while the other one near the phone cradle helps with adjusting the angle. As for the CD Slot attachment, there's a handy little black bracket that you can use to widen the fins, which helps hold the mount more securely. I hope this information helps you out! This is garbage. The ball thing doesn’t even hold the phone inside the holder - it falls completely off. I bought this for my fiancé and since he didn’t use it until now, refund period has expired. Using iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Hi there, Have you tried: - Adding a small amount of warm water onto the suction cup before applying it to the desired area - Wiping the desired area with a wet cloth, and letting it dry before applying the suction cup Note: The suction cup should be a bit sticky, as it will help hold it in place. Also, if your dashboard is a bit curved, try applying it to a flatter and less textured surface. The CD mount doesn't fit in my CD slot and the vent mount hangs down and flops around (Ford Escape). The charging is slow and often causes the phone to overheat on sunny days.

Bought one, charging cable didn't work at all. Exchanged it and the charging cable only worked if I held it in the socket at an angle. Third one works except over bumps... they really cut corners on the charging cable... all three worked great with my own cable. Also who still uses micro USB?

This thing has been a lifesaver for a year and a half now, just recently ‘broke’ however it was just one of the grippy pieces that holds the phone falling off, so it still works in terms of its functionality. I am a FT delivery driver and avid traveler, and i SWEAR by this thing. However, I feel like it’s useful to note i do use this with the CD mount, not the air vent mount. Does get hot when charging in summer sun from low battery, but that’s expected IMO. every few months the mount loosens up due to bumpy roads and regular wear, but you can tighten it back up easily. I’ve drove about 80k with this mount, all terrain, and I’ve never found one that compares to the quality of this one. Great buy.

Does what it’s supposed to do and it does hold the weight of my iphone 10 X. i’ve had mine for about a year and it hasn’t given me any issues. charges quickly but can get a little hot sitting on the dash in the sun. but i’d rate my experience a 10/10 and i do recommend
