Description

I had to replace the female adapter because it would not screw onto faucet. The cheap plastic connectors that connect hoses to the main box and the sprayer are clearly made in an effort to get you to buy replacements as they break. The connection to the main box from the faucet came loose during the first time I used it. The box itself is nice and the reel works great but if I had it to do again I would spend a little more to get a nicer set up with universal connections instead of cheap plastic specialized ones only made by this manufacterer.

There isn’t an pressure with this hose. It’s pretty but doesn’t give burst of water so I had to change to another hose.

Now with this little gem, my garden hose is always neat, off the grass and easy to roll out when needed, the quick connects are genius and it does not leak, they have 6 hose reel nozzle settings and lock with metal latch to keep holding down the handle for keep running water or adjust holding pressure to control water pressure… the only bad thing is the spray nozzle does not come off and is not interchangeable

The hose seems to stay kink-free pretty well so far and has been a great addition to my flower bed area. The nice neutral coloring blends in well that I can set it in the flower beds and it's not an eye sore.

I live in a townhouse with a heavily monitored HOA that does not want anything in front of the house. This reel is perfect for me because the entire housing is small enough to sit behind a small bush I have on the front walkway. I have only been using it for about a month, but I don’t have any complaints so far.

So glad I have a retractable hose now! The quality of the hose is nice and is working well for me so far. Reeling the hose in is great. Quick and easy and haven't had any issues. The nozzle is good as well and works well for spritzing the plants and yard. I do use a different nozzle to water the animals since my nozzle puts out more water. Overall, this has been a very good hose set.
