A: Lactose is a carbohydrate. If there are no carbohydrates, then there is—logically—no lactose. I’m lactose-intolerant, and even the brands with 1g sugar (probably from the sweetening agents) are safe for me.

Love the product - use it almost daily - best you can find with no taste, no added sugars, no artificial sweeteners and low calorie - don't love the packaging though - Huge plastic container - not environmentally friendly - consider a cardboard container and possibly one that takes up less space - like they have for oatmeal - vital proteins has a great container - I wish you had one like that -

The best protien powder - I love that there's no thickeners so it's not thick and dissolves so well. Here's my go to shake with the product, 2 scoops of isopure unflavoured, 1.3 cup of milk, shot of double espresso, tsp of sugar, throw in some ice and you have the best iced coffee with 60 grams of protein to kick off the day

Does not fully dissolve and does get clumpy. You absolutely can taste it when you mix into food or drinks for extra protein. Having a hard time figuring out how/when I’m going to use it but because it is so expensive I will so I don’t feel like I’m wasting my money. Will not buy again. Don’t waste you time or money.

Great for mixing in food or baked items for protein boost. I love it in my coffee - it adds a frothy appearance HOWEVER if added to hot liquids at cretain temp. It will not dissolve correctly and clump up horribly. I allow my hot beverage to cool a little then use my frother to mix. I also use a some sort of a small mixer to blend with cool liquids . Spoon stirring doesn’t always blend or mix it up. As far as tasteless— yes and no. In food, yes. In beverages, there is a small ‘off taste’ I can’t quite put my finger on but it works better than other unflavored protein supplements

I appreciate it that this did not have added sugars and only to ingredients.However, I add my protein to my coffee in the morning.And I was really surprised to see that this didn't dissolve.I even used a handheld mixer to help with the stirring and it still separated

No problem dissolving but it definitely helps to have a frother. Works best in cold and warm temperatures, but will clump and curdle some if too hot (Only the texture will change not the taste). Part of my daily nutrition for over a year.
