Suprisngly better than expected.
I initially bought this product mainly because it’s made with olive oil instead of vegetable oils. I also love this company and use their cooking oils. The product tasted really good and reminded me of the authentic Mediterranean hummus I used to eat as a kid. I wish this company would make it more affordable, and I’m sure their sales would increase.

New favorite hummus

Skip the olive oil
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hummus in particular isn’t very special. It’s a pretty dense texture, not light and whipped. The olive oil flavor is mild and not super noticeable. I think there are better hummus brands/flavors, especially for the price point.

Tastes great, I mixed in some garlic and a few pine nuts for a little extra flavor and crunch. Is great on its own as well. I paired it with garlic Nan. Honestly it would be great with veggies,pita chips, or pretty much anything!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This graza ithaca hummus is a new favorite in our family, especially for snacking. It's thick and flavorful, perfect on crackers or in wraps and grain bowls. The flavor is well balanced with a kick of lemon, garlic and salt, with just a hint of red pepper. I hope this collab sticks around, we would buy this regularly! It is a bit expensive for the small tub, but it's made with simple, high quality ingredients so I feel like it's worth it. It has a pleasant smell and you can really taste the ingredients. I thought it tasted very fresh and it was not oily even though I got the Olive oil one.

It is a very rich olive oil taste and not overly salty. It is neutral enough to pair with many food options, but it does have flavor and is not plain. The texture is actually smoother and creamier than other hummus brands I've tried. I didn't notice a lingering aftertaste either! The ingredients are simple and natural as well. I am really enjoying this Ithaca hummus, and it will actually be my new go-to now!

I’ve had every possible brand of hummus. This is by far my favorite- made w olive oil and doesn’t taste like cumin. It is incredibly delicious. I’m trying to incorporate more of a Mediterranean diet and this fits the bill. I usually eat it w sugar snap peas and carrot sticks from Whole Foods. 10/10

I usually eat it with crudités like carrots, celery, cucumbers but also cauliflower or broccoli. Yes definitely raw and it’s the perfect combo. Its texture is smooth and creamy, and you can tell from the first taste it’s made with high-quality ingredients. The use of Graza extra virgin olive oil makes it my favorite hummus.
