A: It's actually in a stand-up bag with a ziploc style closure. You can scoop it out and then reseal for later, which I love!!

A: Hello, Yes, this type of Matcha can be used for hot teas. Although this type of Matcha tea powder is not exactly the premium kind generally used for pure tea drinks, it still can be used as such. The difference for this will be a more robust (stronger) Matcha flavor, and less sweet. If you going to drink from this type of Matcha tea powder, it is best to add a sweetener (honey, agave...). Use about 2 teaspoons per 8 oz cup of hot water...

i've bought this specific matcha before, but for some reason it never foams up right. i can tell it's of pretty good quality, but no matter how much i measure the temp. of my water and whisk properly, i only get a proper foam in about 1 in every 4 matchas. would wait for a sale to buy this brand.

I also do feel it has a smoother caffeine effect compared to coffee. I have yet to drink ceremonial grade matcha but I don't mind the so called bitter flavor of culinary matcha. I'm hopeful that the other health claims I've come across will prove to be true. Either way, I might be well on my way to drinking matcha daily from here on out!

I’ve been using this daily to make my copycat SB matcha latte! Soooo good, tastes exactly like SB!! It is a little pricey, but you can make about 10-15 grande sized lattes with this vs buying at $6+/ea so it’s worth it

I got this for lattes. I'm finding for one and a half cups of milk I need 2-3 tsp which means this has 5-10 servings. the flavore is fine I gess but maybe lacking cause you need to use so much. I don't think I will be purchasing this again as I'm sure there are easyer and/or more cost effective ways of getting my matcha latte fix.
