The bag isn't very sturdy
My daughter chose this bag last year because she needed a bit more space, and I also purchased the warranty. Now, just a year later, the inside of the bag is completely torn due to carrying books. Despite having the warranty, I've been emailing customer service multiple times for over a month. They asked me to send more detailed photos, which I did, but the issue still hasn't been resolved. I'm very frustrated, especially because school starts tomorrow and this has been dragging on for about a month with no resolution

DISAPPOINTED The faux leather peeled after just 10 uses
Faux leather on back pack peeled after literally 10 uses ( 2 weeks of school) and JanSport rejected to repair it. They said it was normal wear and tear issues. WOW 10 uses wear and tear not for that price maybe a ziplock bag but that might even last longer.

2 Years in A Row of Jansport and Loving It!
Last year I had a Jansport and it was great! It had plenty of room, durable, and super cute! This year I'm getting a Jansport and when looking online every bag is so awesome, from super cute designs to great internal organization. Jansport has always been such a great choice for all types of bags and I really have enjoyed using their products. They are fantastic and I can't wait for my new backpack to be delivered! THANK. YOU.
