Had a previous version from this brand, used it daily with no issues and unfortunately misplaced it. This new version is thick, angled weirdly and being replaced asap. Do not get this!!

This was the worst thing I’ve ever bought. It left red ring marks on me for about 10 minutes and did not do anything. Do. Not. Buy.

We are sorry to hear you did not have a good experience with our blackhead & pimple extractor. Applying to much force during use can cause scarring so be sure to apply slow & even pressure until the blemish is forced out of the pore. If the trapped impurity is not easily released, do not continue to attempt extraction. It can help to use a hot towel on clean & dry skin to open pores before extraction! We don’t recommend extraction with your fingers as there is increased risk of scaring, if your not able to use this tool effectively we highly recommend you visit a dermatologist. Horrific
This doesn’t work. I bought this as an emergency because I was on a trip and left my tools at home. This didn’t pick up ANYTHING. THIS IS THE WORST EXTRACTION TOOL EVER. I lost the box, otherwise I would’ve returned it
