Hello, I like all of Swanson’s products. I am only taking one Bone Up pill a day. I take it to relax me. Calcium is not as much as they say to take on the bottle.

Very effective product

I will be continuing with this vitamin for a long time!

I think it is a fine vitamin for the bones. I have been on it a number of years now, and I'm still going fine. Yes I have recommended it to others and my doctor also approved it. It's important to make the right decisions when it comes to your bone health. I am a petite woman, and as I age I need to be cautious in this area.

Read the literature about nutrients needed for bone health, then read the ingredients list on the Jarrow Bone-up label. You can get everything you need in convenient capsules, saving time and money. I've used this product for years and wouldn't use anything else.

An outstanding product for bone health

I have taken this supplement for years because it has a good mix of ingredients. I wish though Jarrow would consider adding lithium.
