Vegan Theanine 100 is a unique amino acid found almost exclusively in green tea that exerts beneficial effects on brain metabolism. Theanine a good value!
After reading of possible benefits of theanine in the Wall Street Journal I decided to give it a trial. Swanson's is inexpensive, and I feel mentally sharper than ever before at age 68. In fact, I've been teaching students since last year!

Great for relaxation!
My acupuncturist recommended this product. I was skeptical about trying it, but once I did, I was hooked! I find that it takes the edge off of my emotions, but with no tired or sluggish feeling.

Straightforward stress relief

I am thankful that my Mom (who is 86 years) has been able to take this product. She is thankful that her life is more serene. I only wish it was in powder form as she has trouble swallowing capsules.
