Thanks for reaching out. Connecting a speaker to a TV over Bluetooth often causes audio delay, unlike connecting to a mobile phone or tablet. This happens because TV Bluetooth hardware processes audio and video separately, which takes longer than on a smartphone or tablet. To help sync the audio with your screen, try checking your TV's sound settings for Audio Delay, Lip Sync, or SPDIF Delay. Alternatively, if your TV has an AUX output, connecting a 3.5mm cable directly to your PartyBox Stage 320 will give you perfect sync.

Great sound quality

The JBL PartyBox Stage 320 has completely exceeded my expectations. After using it for three weeks, I can confidently say it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made. The sound is powerful, clean, and full of life the kind of bass that fills a room without distortion and vocals that stay crisp even at high volume. Big Speaker, Big Sound

I purchased two JBL PartyBox Stage 320 speakers for a large outdoor party, and they exceeded my expectations. Setup was quick, and pairing the speakers together using Auracast took just a few seconds. They stayed perfectly synchronized throughout the event, including the lights, which added a fun touch once the sun went down. We had guests spread across several acres, and the sound coverage was outstanding. The music remained clear no matter where people gathered, and the bass was powerful without overpowering the vocals. Even at higher volumes, the sound stayed crisp and balanced across every genre we played. One unexpected bonus was the waterproof design. During the party, a strong storm rolled through before we had a chance to move the speakers under cover. Both Stage 320s were exposed to the rain, and they continued performing flawlessly without any issues. It gave me a lot of confidence in their durability for future outdoor events. The battery life was excellent, easily lasting through our event without needing to recharge. Between the impressive sound quality, long battery life, rugged build, and seamless Auracast pairing, the PartyBox Stage 320 is an outstanding speaker for everything from backyard gatherings to large outdoor celebrations. Expected more

I bought this to use for my out door fitness classes, great sound quality but it really wasn’t as loud as I thought it would be for out door use, I also found it extremely heavy. Would be more suited for an indoor small hall.

Awesome speakers... so good I bought two! I bought the 320 first and then a 520 to use at a family party and after the party I was so impressed with both I decided to buy a second 320 speaker so I could use them at home as a 'stereo' pair for streaming my music... 100% recommended for a great sound and customer experience from JBL/Harman.

Great sound

Really great crisp sound. Still figuring out how to refine the bass. Should probably read the instructions! I have to regularly lift it into my car to teach zumba classes and do find it a bit on the heavy side. But all in all a sturdy snd impressive speaker

Fantastic power, can’t turn it up all the way.

Bought my partybox 320 about a month ago, the battery life is awesome and is more than sufficient for a 6 to 12 hour party, I only hope it will continue through time. The sound clarity is full and impactful and bass pumps, but I can’t turn it up all the way 🤣 (as if that’s a bad thing) 🤣 All in all I am very happy with this product, portability is spot on with the handle and wheels. Would be awesome if they created a swing cradle for it so we can hang it up high. But love this, worth every the money.

Absolutely love

Heard this portable speaker at my daughter’s stunt regionals and it sounded amazing. Was able to take a pic and zoom in to find it was this JBL PartyBox. Super easy unboxing, super easy set up and phenomenal sound! Definitely made the right choice going with this one and the price was right too!!!!

So Sony is more balanced in sound JBL is more show because of the light and just like every JBL speaker the battery isn't that great going back to Sony

The Partybox you need to Parrtaaayy!

I have had the partybox for about a month now and its brilliant great sound quality and plenty of bass for those who want it. The app is handy for controlling the speaker and its been great for parties large and small and the odd quiz when you use the wireless mics and speaker sound effects.

Overall good speaker for music & party

JBL 320 is overall good for music & party. Karoky & mic option is very good. However, twiter effect is little bit less than my expectation (better/ additional twiter can be added). Bass is good but could be better, by adding 8" inch woofer?. They focussed on very high volumn capacity, however, music quality could be better than too high volumn sound.

Good sound and loud but bluetooth still an issue

I owned the PartyBox 310 and thought JBL would improve bluetooth security on the 320. While I know it's primarily a bluetooth speaker why can't JBL update things so a pin or password is needed to use bluetooth? It's not that difficult technically and I'm sure wouldn't cost much I was told the wrong information when I bought the 320 and bluetooth is still easy for someone to gain access to your speaker. I called JBL about the issue but the person I spoke to knew nothing and was not helpful. All I was told was if someone else starts using the speaker to turn it off or do a factory reset. Kinda ruins the mood. Yes, there's the AUX option which is what I only use now but not using the JBL app limits some things. I definitely won't buy another JBL speaker until they fix this.

Features are amazing and sound quality excellent

This speaker is an absolute beast. Powerful, clear sound with punchy bass that doesn’t distort even at high volumes. The lights sync perfectly with the music and instantly lift the vibe. Battery easily lasts a full party, and the wheels + handle make it surprisingly easy to move around. Add in app controls, karaoke/guitar inputs, and solid Bluetooth connectivity—this thing is clearly built for fun. Not just a speaker, it’s a party upgrade. Totally worth it. 🔥

Easy to set up

I bought this for a Christmas gift for my husband. He loves it. Was very easy to set up and connect to his phone. We use it by our swimming pool and love that is splash proof. We have a large pool (20x40) and the speaker is definitely loud enough to cover the whole pool area and surrounding area as well.
