Don't buy this headset. The cord is really bad. It's so bad that it wraps around all the time and after two weeks. Do you need a new cord?

about a year ago I bought the headset maybe a year and a half ago and it was great up until recent where it started having a problem of the usbc slipping out constantly and making me have to quit my game to get my input fixed so I could actually speak and hear

I bought these headphones before Christmas and have been using them while gaming and listening to music on my PC. The sound is amazing and they are really comfortable even after using them for hours in a row. The noise canceling feature works great.

It's hilarious how the goal of headphones is to be able to hear sound, but these failed to do so. I only plugged in one chord, and there is no sound. It worked yesterday, but the sound is just gone. Can't do its one job. Pathetic.

First, make sure you have chosen JBL QUANTUMONE GAME as the default device in the game sound settings of your PC, Mac, or gaming console device. Adjust the volume on your PC, Mac, or gaming console device. Check the game chat balance on PC if you are only playing a game or chat audio. Check that ANC is enabled while TalkThru is disabled. In a USB connection, make sure the USB cable is connected securely. Please know that the USB ports on some gaming console devices may be incompatible with JBL QUANTUMONE. This is not a malfunction. In a 3.5mm audio connection, make sure the 3.5mm audio cable is connected securely. If the issue remains, you may contact our partner distributor and support provider in Canada, Erikson Consumer via phone call at 800-567-3275, or Email: info@eriksonconsumer.com.

Whoever designed the unbelievably annoying knob that adjusts something with audio should be fired. It is an amazing headset in every conceivable way but why would anyone in their right mind think that adding that dumb knob was okay. It effectively cuts the wires' range in half since you can feel it dragging around whenever you need to move slightly.

This headset sounds great and I love the software that comes with it. This has been my opinion of this headset for a long time until recently. Every 2 weeks, this headset refuses to have sound. It simply does not register as headphones on my computer and will not change from speaker to headphone when I try. The only way I can remedy this is to completely uninstall the software then reinstall. When this is happening often, it gets annoying very, very, very fast. This will be my last high end headset from JBL, for the price that this headset costs, especially when I bought it several years ago, I expect more from my products and a functioning firmware system. This does not cut it anymore

Got this as a gift for christmas and these are absolutely brilliant, sound quality is just outstanding, ANC is very good for everything and the bass of these are just incredible, The JBL QuantummONE is an amazing product and for its price i think you get an amazing pair of gaming headphones from and amazing brand.

the headphones work as headphones, except they had an annoying ringing noise for the first month. I called support and they were fixed without doing anything (as in I called support and then the ringing stopped). but the annoying thing is the volume mixer, just from moving, it has caused a break in one my computer's USB ports (the thing in the center snapped off, and as of the day I'm posting, the 2 other USB ports now don't work with the headphones. This is a problem I have never had with any other pair of headphones.

Best in class gaming headset. Amazing soun and great bass with everything you'd need in a headset. The JBL software it coming with is also amazing. The microphone is great too and the noise cancelation is an absolute must have and JBL did it great. HOWEVER this headset severely suffers on a few key elements and all who are thinking of buying should beware of these issues. THE AWFUL CABLE- the cable quality is fantastic, the problem is the absolute dead weight volume knob on the center of the cable. It's ridiculously never used or helpful and is a huge annoyance for the fact it will just pull your cable and headset down if it hangs or falls off your desk. It IS NOT substitutional and the headset needs the official cable to function for no good reason. PLEASE JBL make the next headset learn from this design mistake. VOLUME DROPS- This headset for no reason i can find will occasionally reduce incoming volume down and back to normal again multiple times for a short period of time randomly. It is incredibly frustrating and it has no fix that i can find. It is not just a defect in my headset either because i found my best friend this headset and he has the same issue i do. The volume display on the JBL application will also display that the annoying volume knob that shifts game volume to chat volume will move by it's self down and back again periodically and it is not fun to have to deal with. Otherwise i would rate this headset at 5 stars without a doubt, but with these issues being so frustrating and not of my control i cannot rightfully give it 5 stars.

Good sound in mic quality but annoying to use since the usb wire has what is essentially a weight in the middle of it that when you move will pull on the wire and disconnect it from the headphones a lot. Should've been common since to make the tuner lighter so it doesn't constantly pull down or make the connection more secure so that little nudge doesn't unplug, ruins the whole experience for me

I've had these headphones for about a year. If that. I was disappointed to learn that I had to use the 3.5mm Audio Cable to connect to my console controller instead of with the cable that allows all the features to be used. I have had issues with the 3.5mm Audio Cable on past JBL producta I gave owned and sure enough this one has been giving me trouble for several months now. I don't use the headphones that often so I'm not sure why this cable is already beginning to fail. I'm disappointed that I will most likely have to buy a new cable that I'll likely have to replace again at some point in the near future. Better quality cables please.

Well I just got my Quantum One. NIce earphones ... but to be honest for a flagship lacks a detail... nothing to put them in, no bag, no case no nothing. That is a detail that you guys missed and makes the difference ... at least for me.

love the headset but when I bought it I didn't realize it wasn't wireless or blue-tooth compatible. Other than that it has been amazing. I have noticed though that when I'm playing Halo or Call of Duty Warzone that there is some "static" is the best way I can describe it, however it might be on my end. I am still figuring out how to adjust all of the settings for optimal sound performance.
