Overpriced, no different from $30 headphones. Noise cancelling is mediocre. Large and bulky, hard to travel with. Ear muffs are a little small and not recommend if you have pierced ears. Does not get very loud. Will be returning.

I bought this product and it won’t charge. There are a ton of complaints online about this problem with no resolution from JBL. Recommendation is DO NOT BUY!

We appreciate your feedback. We're here to help. If the power/battery light indicator is OFF 1. Power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the unit is not plugged into a power source, to see if the unit will unlock. 2. Use another charging cable AND power adapter rated 5V 1amp to see if the unit will charge. 3. While it's extremely uncommon, try to use another wall outlet to be certain that the issue is not with the outlet. 4. Sand and dirt can get into the product's charging port. Clean the charging port with compressed air. If the power/battery light indicator is ON 1. The charger may not be powerful enough to power the unit and charge the battery. Check the adapter and make sure that the rating is 5V 1amp or higher. 2. Resetting may fix the issue, much in the way rebooting a computer or phone fixes many problems. Note: RESET will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices again. To Reset 1. Turn the headphones on 2. Press and hold "Volume +" and "Volume -" for more than 5 seconds. The headphones will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again. We can help file a warranty claim If you need further assistance, please contact us.

Love these. They are a bit pricey for me but I would say it is worth it. You can customize the sound and the noise canceling option for "aware mode" so you can hear around you. They cup your whole ear and they are squishy and soft. Would recommend.

They’re great headphones, have a good amount of noise canceling, and not the annoying “powering on” function (one you turn it off in their app), but I had gotten them back in August 2024 and now it is January 2025 and both swivel bits are broken. (I don’t believe the JBL warranty covers such a break.) I don’t know what I did to cause a break but super glue is now holding both together and the swivel and hinge function are now lost.

Listen. These work amazing. They're fantastic and I would have loved to keep them. However, after just one day of use I developed a severe reaction on both ears that caused pain, redness, hives, and swelling.

These don't work with Xbox just so you are aware. Fine headphones but bought them for the purpose of using on Xbox and couldn't find anything saying they wouldn't work, but they don't.

Having a set of JBL Live Pro 2 earbuds that are fantastic sounding, these Tune 770NC are very dissapointing. Even jacking the app equalizer up, the mid & high end is very muddled and bass response is lacking as well. Not what I expected from JBL. Thank goodness for a good return policy at Target.

Thanks for your feedback. To isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 770NC, please check the balance control on your source device on the Accessibility settings. Check the balance control on your music app and on the JBL Headphones App. Lastly, try resetting it. Reset will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices again. To reset, turn the unit on. Then press and hold the Volume + and Volume - for more than five seconds. The unit will turn off, and reboot. If you need more help, please contact us.

I thought it would be okay to let my kid use these while I worked from home, but apparently not. My son within the spam of 30 minutes managed to wray these around his neck, and his 4 year old older brother thought it would be a good idea to choke him out. I heard a scream and immediately ran over to see my son close to unconscious. It scared the crap out of me and this cannot be okay for use by children. You should require a drivers license to buy these or something. Figure it out and do better :/

These headphones were too expensive for the quality that you get and i had to buy more expensive ones from another company to get what i was after. The feel flimsy and that you could break them very easily, nose cancelling was so so. now the price has come down they are more worth it but for the full price i would look to spend my money on a different product
