JBL Tune 770NC Bluetooth Wireless Over-Ear Headphones - White: Built-In Mic & USB-C Connection

My work gave these to me for headset which I also use with my mobile devices. The sound is quite good but I do have some gripes with lack of features 1. You can't use the microphone using the direct auxillary audio line to a PC. 2. The auxillary audio line is an odd size where it plugs into the headphones. I think on one ends it's 3.5mm (for the pc) and the other is 2.5mm or something else, so if you loose or damager it, replacing it might be difficult. 3. When streaming sounds from your PC (e.g. spotify or a MS Teams meeting), it won't let you toggle between ambient aware and noise cancelling mid stream. You have to cancel the audio input before it will let you toggle. Doesn't seem to be a problem with mobile but is frustrating on PC if you are listening to audio with Noise cancelling and receive a MS Teams call and need to use the microphone. Trying to speak in the mic with noise cancelling on is like talking with your fingers in your ears. 4. There is no windows app (which could help with 3.), so when connected to PC you have to use the headphone button to toggle between ambient and noise cancelling and there is no app to do it on the PC. In contrast you can do this with the iOS app. Strangely there is a windows app for chinese customers of the Microsoft Store - so if you want to try it I think you have to change your PC's region or something (I haven't tried it yet - possibly contains spyware anyway since it's from Tencent). 5. A lack of windows app also means I can't set up equailizer profiles for them like I can with the iOS app 6. The padding on them is okay, but about 3 hours of wearing is about all I can handel before they start to hurt my ears too much. 7. The charging cable is very short. It's also USB to USB-C, would have been better to ship with USB-C to USB-C and stick with the future. Most PC's now barely ship with any USB ports. 8. I would have been good if the charging cable could also double as direct line cable. i.e. with Beats headphones the USB-C cable doubles as the charging cable as well as the direct audio line cable. It would be better if it just shipped with both a 3 banded (including Mic) 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable and a USB-C to USB-C cable and mabye a wall charger for the USB-C to USB-C. And have windows software available.

Excellent sound quality, but I get freaking migraines from wearing it for longer than like 5 minutes. I mean, seriously, I've tried to expand the width of the head piece by stretching it to the width of my plastic folder. For a short time (maybe 3 minutes), it does work, then it goes back to its normal shape. It feels so small, no matter how much I arrange the settings. And I have an average-sized head, mind you. I was gifted these as an early birthday present because I was asking a lot for some headphones to study with, and it's so unfortunate that they don't function well with me. I've tried to ignore it so many times, but I literally need to take breaks wearing this. I also get severe jaw pain because it pushes that point where my jaw opens (even when adjusted away from it, to my ears). I still use it, though, because it was crazy expensive, and I don't want to make my mother unhappy by telling her that it's not good for me. I use earphones when I'm not in a loud environment and don't need to use noise-cancelling. Honestly, JBL, do better, please! For us students who deeply rely on headphones to study! The headphones look really bulky too on my head, it's kinda goofy. I didn't realise much until I saw someone else wear the same ones, and it looked so weird LOL. I used cute stickers I got online to make it look better. I think it looks super cute, still super bulky. But the folding feature is nice to take with me wherever.

Best overhead headphones I have ever owned, sound quality is incredible and battery life is better than any previous brands I have used

The headphones fit over my ears well and the bass is exactly what I was looking for. The auxiliary cord is also really useful for when I want direct connection

The sound is really good and I really liked them, but I had to return them after one use because the ear cuffs were too small for me, my ears are a bit on the bigger side and have multiple piercings which made it uncomfortable after like an hour of use, so these would fit well on someone with smaller ears. If you have smaller/normal sized ears then these would be really good for you if you wanted something that fully covers the ears inside the cuffs.

i bought these a month ago and i’m so glad i did, for the price i couldn’t expect better. the sound quality is on point and the noise cancelling feature is great. amazing product for the price and would defo recommend

Love the headphones they are super loud and build with high tech quality design is great but they need extra bass overal 8/10 rating

Exactly what I wanted for the price point. Not a massive fan of the “power on” sound it should just be a noise not a voice. The app is also slightly pointless when you can just turn noise cancelling on and off at the side of the headphone. Good battery life! Good sound!

Bought these headphones for music, the sound canceling is fantastic on them? And the good base to them too would recommend theses!

Bought this a couple weeks ago, i’ll say it is such a great buy! The noise canceling is above and beyond and my favorite feature, even at full volume, people around you can’t hear your music. Battery life is great and they’re very comfortable.

I have only had these headphones a short while. I use them at work at my desk for up to hour long stretches. The sound is noticeable good (compared to the many other headphones and earbuds I've owned). They are also very comfortable even after an hour plus of use. Build quality seems decent. I do wish they came with a case though. I bought a cheaper pair of headphones (for comparison) that came with a case. The noise canceling works fine though I usually have it off. I would definitely recommend the JBL Tune 770NC.

Bought 6 months ago and it is emitting this ear splitting sound that can’t be fixed. Somehow it lasted less than all other headphones I’ve had. Waste of money.

Thes sound good when working however I bought a refurbished pair which cuts in and out while using them. I do not have problems with my other headphones.

Good for audiobooks but can be quite ear piercing at times especially when listening to music. Also not the most comfortable headphones for someone like me with lots of cartilage earrings

I absolutely loved my headphones, the sound quality is amazing and the NC works really good.

I bought these headphones recently and I am exstremly pleased with them

Very good sound (reach and clear all over the hearing range), very decent noise canceling (not the best but good enough) and good max volume. The only issue I noticed is that when you activate the noise canceling, the very deep bass drops dramatically, even modifying the equalization

I bought 1 year ago and they stoped working within 3 week and then again 10 weeks later and they aren’t noise cancelling at all and felt cheep and flimsy almost like they were from Temu 😡

I wear glasses and I liked that I could wear these for an extended period of time without them hurting. I've never used noise canceling headphones before so when I activated the noise canceling part it felt very weird to my ears. Not sure if that's how all noise canceling headphones work but other than that, pretty good.

5 star sound quality and noise canceling but they are so so uncomfortable. They made my ears hurt after less than 20 minutes of use. It’s been to the point that my jaw aches from the pressure. Other wise I like them! Good charging time and such. Just be aware if you have larger ears or a larger head they may be painful.
