Decent sound for an affordable Chromecast Speaker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this speaker won't compete with the sound of higher-end Chromecast speakers, it does a pretty nice job considering it's price. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable speaker with Chromecast built in. Though to be honest, I'd strongly recommend a speaker with a Google Assistant built in, which are typically not much more expensive, and offer way more features.

Little speaker with great playing power.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the JENSEN Bluetooth/Wi-Fi Stereo Smart Speaker with Chromecast built-in - Black. It's a cube about the size of those cube video games in the 90's. It really has a great speaker and we were able to connect it to our Google home network so that we could stream our music to it.

Powerful Sound Out of a Small yet Elegant Speaker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this speaker! It is easy to use and setup. Downloading the app onto my phone was simple, and it made accessing the speaker from different parts of my home so awesome. I was truly surprised at the quality and sound of the speaker. When I turned it to a lower volume I still got a rich full sound. It made cleaning the kitchen late at night fun since I could enjoy my tunes without bothering the rest of the house. The clean lines of the speaker make it a welcomed centerpiece in my home decor.

Little but packs a good punch!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This speaker surprised me, it gets loud but it also keeps the quality of the sound with it. We have another bluetooth that's comparable to this one, and the difference was very noticeable, this speaker was so much crisper. Definitely a higher quality experience.

Sounds great when using with phone!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It sounds good when I can get it to work. I'm not having much luck with it. I don't listen to a lot of music on my phone so I was more interested in connecting it to my laptop via bluetooth, and it does connect to my laptop easily enough, but there are pauses in the audio - like I'll be watching a youtube video (a song) and every 15 to 30 seconds or so there will be a complete drop in audio, a total silent pause, that lasts for a second or two. I can't figure out how to stop that from happening. It's constant, nothing I have tried will make that stop happening and it happens the entire time that I am listening via bluetooth from my laptop. I searched the web and it's likely some kind of interference, but I have no idea what is interfering. I only have one other device connected to my laptop via bluetooth and that's a wireless mouse. So that's out. I tried casting via Chromecast from my laptop to the speaker but I don't use Chrome, I use Firefox. Chrome uses too much memory on my laptop and makes it super slow. But I tried it and it doesn't work any better than the bluetooth - only instead of silent pauses there's more of a static sounding pause any time I attempt to go to another tab. So I have to stay on the tab that's open in Chrome that's playing the music or video or it will sound very static and just bad. So that's annoying. And now I can't even get my laptop to find it when I want to try to cast something to the speaker - Chromecast says no devices found. The status light on the speaker is green and it's connected on the same wifi network, I don't understand why the laptop Chromecast can't locate the speaker. Okay. So finally I tried connecting the speaker to my phone via bluetooth, with the speaker in bluetooth pairing mode, and this seems to work pretty well, it's just not what I want to use this speaker for. It does sound pretty good, I don't hear any static and it's got a little bit of bass without sounding distorted. It's too bad that I can't control the settings like bass and treble. If you use your phone as your main source of playing music through youtube, Spotify, Pandora, etc., then you'd probably love this speaker. I'm just apparently a dinosaur who prefers to use my laptop for streaming.

bundle of joy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little guy surprised me with all that it can handle! I was delightfully surprised at the sound quality of this thing. Granted, it isn't the best in the world, but for this size, it really handles some good sound. Add the capabilities to this speaker and it makes for a compelling package. Interoperability as a chromecast and google services really opens up this speaker for me. I'm glad I can wirelessly cast music to it, and that might be the best thing about it!

Great speaker, sleek design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Jensen JSB-1000 Great speaker with full sound and deep bass. I've used this speaker indoors and outdoors and love the sound. It does not have as much range outdoors but still has full rich sounds. Works seemlessly with my Google Home network using Chromecast. Added Bluetooth allows for quick connect for visitors.

Great little speaker!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a couple of weeks back and this little gem of a speaker is a keeper. Super easy to pair and good sound quality for the price. I am able to pair it with my Spotify account and stream, so my little one loves it too.

look elsewhere
Find something else, unless you want to spend your time fussing around, resetting your computer, unplugging, resetting, restarting....you get the idea. So fussy, waste of time. We are both techy and have high end laptops and phones that are less than 2 years old, and the Jensen speaker is just seriously annoying and glitchy. Also there is apparently no sound adjustment available, apart from what we attempt on our devices. Baroque classical music = A. Oldie Argentine music or classical piano = D-. Sounds thick and like the sound is stuck in a box...which it sort of is... A really annoying and expensive little box, all things considered.
