Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix - 8.5oz

The first time I bought them, I bought six and they were gone this time I bought 10 they’re very easy to make just follow the instructions and I’m telling you they come out delicious and the price is so reasonable

It was old and nasty

I ate 2 of the corn muffins from this mix and broke out all over. Please avoid this a.s full of chemicals

Really wish you would carry the vegetarian version that Jiffy makes of this. (There is lard in this version)

Tastes good for a mix. What I find interesting is when I purchased it on November 18, It was $.65 for the box. Today December 2 it is $.55. Why was it $.10 more leading up to Thanksgiving. I find this in the category of price gouging.

I like this version… their honey one is too sweet in an unnatural way. That said, I normally need to use two boxes of there’s instead of one of the other brand I really like.

I consider it buying my pre measured dry ingredients this is a blank canvas & no doubt makes the best cornbread ever. I follow the instructions on the box with whole milk & an egg then add a couple huge tablespoons of sour cream & lots of honey. You cannot go wrong. Always moist & so delicious & so easy quick & simple to make people go nuts for it.

Love Jiffy but I hate the new packaging. I miss the paper bag! The new plastic bag allows microplastics to seap through.

We love having this on hand for a quick complement to a meal. Can't beat this price!!

I decided to try this only because my local Target does not carry Krusteaz. This cornbread has zero flavor and was extremely dry! I’m sure with adding in other ingredients it would help but that defeats the purpose of buying the box to begin with.

For years now, our FedEx driver has been dropping off orders; and some of the boxes are so heavy. I always try to have a treat for him; whether it is sandwiches, snacks, or anything I can dream up that I know he will love. He has always been thrilled with my cornbread, saying sometimes when he gets home he is tired, and that is all he eats. Since Target started carrying Jiffy corn muffin mixes, I now bake these. Much faster and cheaper, plus this can be made into a small cake. Thanks Target for helping me out!!!! Finally something that is affordable!!!!!

Good cornbread muffins if you like them to be a little sweet. Simple to fix!
