Muddy and tinny
First of all these cost $10 more in store than online. There is no apparent reason for this, besides that they can get away with it. The actual product is pretty unimpressive. I bought the earbuds for outdoor walks and they’re just fine, not great. They squeeze my ears and are a little big (I’m a woman with medium sized woman ears). They slip down a bit when I walk. Call clarity is fine when there isn’t a loss of signal. The sound quality is pretty bad - really tinny and sharp. Spoken esses and cymbals/high hats sound snakey and metallic. It actually hurt my ears when I was watching a video and then again while talking on the phone bc the sound was so sharp. The charging case feels like a toy. It’s very light and cheap. Absolutely do not recommend them for music listening because they sound super muddy. Just bad for anything besides taking a call while walking outside.

Great
I bought these earbuds because most fall out of my ears. These stay on my ears perfectly. I would definitely recommend.

Like the way it stays in place
I hate cords and most cordless / wireless earbuds fall out. I also hate having something in my ear canal. Hence, why I love the Flex so much, it surrounds your lobe without compromising the quality of the volume or sound.

Sound
Sound quality is ok but it could be better if the clarity was better but I don't have any major issues with the quality

Liking this so far
Using them for the first time and I like it so far. The button system is taking a bit to get used to but sounds good.

Cushions for the back ear part
I love these and I just got them, they meet my needs in a way I didn't know they needed to be met. My ONLY complaint is the squeeze. It's uncomfortable after maybe 2 hours of wear and I like to wear music 24/7 to keep me regulated. If there was a cushion augment I can buy and add to the back peice for longer wear, I'd buy it.

Buttons too sensitive, activated by moving head around
I move my head in any direction and somehow the earbuds register my movement as me tapping the buttton causing it to skip ahead, pause, and/or change the volume to really loud or soft. Extremely frustrating especially when I’m wearing gardening gloves and it’s harder to mess with the earbuds or my phone. And the other kicker is that when I do attempt to use the buttons, it’s lagging or hard to tap in the exact right spot. I don’t have long hair, hats don’t change anything. I wish I could disable the buttons, I rather just manually use my phone to adjust everything than have to press (and it’s quicker) They are one of the most comfortable open-ear earbuds I’ve worn. Fit wise it’s a good size. The sound quality is good for the earbud type. It’s hard to tell how charged the case is. It would be a five star product if I could disable the buttons on the earbuds so there isn’t unwanted volume change, pausing, or skipping.
