A: Despite the 'official' answer and the product description, this item is ONLY the applicator. Don't order this product unless you want a very expensive piece of sponge!

A: The mystery oil is basically food safe mineral oil. I wouldn't put it on toast... it's to condition the wood.

I tried this product on another board and it looks brand new!! Cutting boards arent cheap, and Im glad this Boos Board care set helps me preserve the life of my board. Its super easy to use and I dont have to worry about using harsh chemicals, as the ingredients are mainly food oils.

This product was delivered Thursday, I used the mystery oil (must allow it to work overnight) Saturday and then Sunday I applied the board cream (must allow it to work overnight af well,). Honestly I think that the mystery oil does it pretty much on its own. The board cream just gilds the lily. The packaging is nice, there's no significant smell. I would use this product again.

There was no tracking available and at this point it’s weeks/months overdue and I’m getting daily reminders to finish my reviews or not get any more boxes or instant claims anymore. I reached out to customer service several times and have been getting a generic reply with no further help. I love reviewing products and I love Influenster but there has to be a better way to get missing items/reviews/reminders emails organized. I’ve asked to remove this campaign off my dashboard and hopefully this will do the trick. Thanks for understanding!
