Front facing, he enjoyed it at the time being I had him in that position but I didn’t keep him there for long because it seemed tight around his thighs area and when I took him out, he had pink marks around his thighs. When I had him facing me, he seemed comfortable and I felt comfortable. The head rest for when he fell asleep was nice for the extra head support. The carrier was pretty difficult for me to adjust and put on as there were multiple steps to it compared to my Wildbird baby carrier, but I ended up figuring it out while watching a video that Joie put together online on how to set up the carrier and put your baby inside. The color and the material were nice. I think this specific carrier will work better for a baby younger than a one-year-old. Also, this carrier was the first carrier I’ve heard of and tried that has magnetic features on it!

He, surprisingly did not mind this one at all. It is definitely more supportive and sturdy, which made him feel more comfortable in it I think. This will get a lot of use and be great for all outdoor adventures with baby like hiking! Baby loves it!

It is very easy to place the baby my boy is 1 year old and he was very comfortable he weighs 25 pounds and it fits perfectly I like that the clasps are easy to put on and feel quite safe,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Joie-us carrier is such a nice quality. It has a little bit of weight to it and it feels nice and soft to the touch. I LOVE the magnets for locking the baby in. I also love that it comes with a “bib” for when your forward face carry so if you have a baby who drools and chews on everything it’s easier to clean. On the the cons if you’re a bigger mom like myself it is will fit but if you also have broader shoulders it might be a bit uncomfortable in the shoulder neck area. I will say overall I would 100% recommend this. I tried this with 2 of my kids 1 is 7 months 15lbs and the other 18 months and 28lbs

The straps do not dig into me and they are very adjustable to get the fit just right. I find the material to be breathable for both me and baby. I got this carrier when my baby boy was about 4 months old, and I no longer felt comfortable using a wrap because he was heavy and my back hurt because of it. So I got this carrier and WOW it is so good! This carrier stays with me everywhere I go (the car, the house, the stroller, the airport). It has been such a life saver. Not only is it so easy to put on and adjust between my small frame and my husbands large frame, but it also is really nice to look at. The best parts about this carrier that I feel are so wonderful are the magnetic buckles (makes it so easy to click on and stay on); I also really appreciate the criss cross back straps. I think these straps are what save my back from falling apart. It feels really stable on my body and my baby loves to be in it. My baby is almost a year old now and I still use this on a daily basis. I also really like the bib that comes with it. it protects the carrier from spit and spit-up, and it also adds a sleeker finish to it. I also live in a very rainy and hot climate, so the privacy shield (not pictured but its under the bib) doubles as protection from the rain just as much as it protects from the sun. I have the black and cream color which I love because its neutral and doesn't ruin your outfit. I've actually gotten a lot of complements on it from new moms looking for an attractive front facing in and facing out carrier with a breathable material.
