A: Hi! The Potty Ladder does not contain any intentionally added BPA. We require our raw material suppliers to not use BPA in any materials used in Jool Baby products.

Q: Is the top set of screws supposed to stay fairly loose (for folding)? Won't that pinch little fingers?

A: Hi! The top screws stay somewhat loose to allow the seat to fold and unfold. Once your child is sitting on the seat, they should remain in place. For extra caution, try to keep your child's fingers away from that area. Thanks

Good overall
Just got this today. It was alittle tricky getting the parts together. The handle would not go in, then it broke when I was messing with it.overall tho, now that it is together its purpose is good. Fits well on toilet.

Great invention!
The pictures in the directions are very difficult to understand. Especially the first one. The step being pictured sideways looks like a bar that you’re supposed to connect to. And to use the connectors in unison with each other, would have been nice to know at the beginning. Otherwise it will be adequate for the three-year-old I’m using it for.
