A: Hi! The Potty Ladder does not contain any intentionally added BPA. We require our raw material suppliers to not use BPA in any materials used in Jool Baby products.

Q: Is the top set of screws supposed to stay fairly loose (for folding)? Won't that pinch little fingers?

A: Hi! The top screws stay somewhat loose to allow the seat to fold and unfold. Once your child is sitting on the seat, they should remain in place. For extra caution, try to keep your child's fingers away from that area. Thanks
