Q: The short video says that head measurement should be 18.5-20 inches, however, the details section says 20-22.5 inches. Which would you say is more accurate?

We bought this helmet for our daughter to wear while riding her bike or scooter. We always make sure she has it on to be safe. She thought the helmet was very comfortable. This past Father’s Day we went for a family bike ride. Our daughter flipped off of her bike and landed on the front of her face. She ended up needing stitches above her lip and all through her lip because it was torn all the way through. Thankfully we enforce her wearing her helmet or it could have been even worse than it was. We will definitely be buying her the same helmet to replace the one that was damaged.

My kids all started riding bikes as young toddlers. B/c the rule was always “you have to wear a helmet with anything on wheels,” we would just leave their helmets on as they went from bike to playground to scooter to 4-wheeler, etc. Today my toddler happened to still be wearing hers at the playground, after riding around during her sister’s 2-hour softball practice. She fell from a ladder, face first, onto a metal platform and landed on her left side forehead. Her helmet protected her even off her bike! It’s busted and needs to be replaced now, but it did its job! We are so thankful!

I bought this helmet few months ago, I wanted a unique color and best safety for my 2 year old boy as he rides his scooter or bike. It's been half a year and still an amazing quality. The strap is adjustable around the head and front around the chin. I highly recommend this product! Great for toddlers and preschoolers!

We bought this helmet for our son when he was 9 months old. It was the smallest size helmet that we found that would fit him as an infant, it fit great. As he got older and started riding his bike more he wore this helmet daily. With the adjustable feature, it continued to fit and grow with him. As a 27 month old, he took a fast speed crash over the handle bars of his bike and was not able to get his arms out. He stood up and walked away from the crash without a scratch on his face thanks to the design of the joovy helmet. The small brim on the front of the helmet was cracked and the foam was dented in, but no damage to our little guy. I would definitely recommend this helmet for other small children.
