Q: The short video says that head measurement should be 18.5-20 inches, however, the details section says 20-22.5 inches. Which would you say is more accurate?

A: The noodle is available in two sizes so there are two head measurement guides: Small (18.5-20.5 in) Medium (20.5-22 in)
