Bell Indy Adult Bike Helmet - Green

Target sold me this item broken (I picked it up through drive up, didn't get a good look at it until I got home). They offered to send a replacement. Without ever actually shipping, the item was marked as undeliverable. After waiting for any kind of status change or update, I went over to the Ball website to learn more about the helmet, and it turns out the helmet has been recalled. The helmet was broken in exactly the way described in the recall! So now I've been waiting for this helmet, I have no helmet, and the sale on the helmets is over so I can't even get a different one for a decent price. Target really dropped the ball on this one.

This Bell bike helmet is perfect for my almost 10 year old sensory seeking kiddo to wear when he’s on his indoor rope swing. He likes to crash into the wall and the door but now I don’t have to worry about him hurting his head. The helmet has an adjustable mechanism inside making it a pretty good product for various sized people. Although this helmet is for individuals 14 and up, I’d be hesitant to have an overactive child wear it because there isn’t a front visor piece to help protect the forehead and face area in case of a fall. Other than that it’s a great product. Definitely recommend.

Nice matte color. Sturdy. Nice feel. Says 14 plus, but it fits my soon to be 10 year old. Adjustable. Fits myself and my 14 year old too. You can still see with it on. Doesn't move around much when riding bike or skateboard.

This is a good-looking, lightweight bike helmet that should fit most adult heads. It has a dial to adjust the size for a perfect fit. The color is a matte dark green which looks great! It is not flashy like other helmets. You could use this helmet to participate in sports other than biking - it's great for roller skating and skateboarding.

The look of this bike helmet is top tier. I love that it isn’t bold and very subtle. The adjusting band inside the helmet was a great added feature! This allows me to be able to fit on my head as well as my preteen’s head. It’s also very easy to use the knob to adjust the helmet. It literally takes seconds to do.

This brand is always great for bike riding or skateboarding. The helmet is well made and the color is great, my son loves it for all of his wheeled sports. Fits and looks great for many different needs.

This is a great looking bike helmet. I selected the matte green color and absolutely love it. It also is the most lightweight helmet I've owned. That would concern me if it was not from a brand that I've always shopped for my (myself and family) helmets and bike accessories. Overall this is a very good helmet. It feels sturdy, it feels safe and it fits well, so 5 stars from a Safety point of view. The adjustment band is easy to use and a nice feature. As for aesthetics, true to the website description, it looks more appropriate for a multi-sport helmet, so calling it just a "Bike Helmet" almost seems to be a misnomer. Plus it doesn't look like a normal bike helmet as it doesn't have the typical aerodynamic shape of a bike helmet. It would be cool for use as a skateboarding helmet though, and its matte green metallic look, which is almost militaristic, would be perfect for stickers, etc.

Color is a great subtle matte dark green. It is super light weight and doesn't look super bulky. Wish there was more padding around the head. Most of the padding is on the adjustable headband, but it pretty thin and may be itchy as it has some edges.

This helmet is such a fun and muted green color. It is easy to put on and take off. I like the adjustable strap. The vents are great to help with air flow. It has some cushion inside the helmet, which helps.

This INDY bike helmet that was sent to me by the Hey Bullseye program in exchange for my review is really well designed and well made. I love that there is a size adjuster on the inside of the helmet which allows for you to get the absolute perfect fit to your head! The green color is really quite pretty and it is incredibly light.
