I contacted Target customer service and they guarantee to deliver the missing pieces ASAP, however the manufacturer warehouse did not have it in stock and never contact me to resolve the problem.

Broke within 4 months

Beyond disappointed!! Gave this to our 5 year old for her birthday and the seat is already broken. The plastic just snapped and now she can't ride it. Of course we're out of the return window so I guess we're just out the money. Such a shame.

I wouldnt buy

This bike is super cute and my daughter loved it ! Her favorite color, but first the breaks didn’t work, I problem my husband watched a video and fixed it. Then the bike seat fell off multiple times. It was never dropped or anything, we had to return
