Material and hardware seem to be of quality. Unit is well made, rolls easily, and the telescoping handle extends and retracts without a hitch. I haven't used the pack extensively as of yet so I cannot comment on the longevity. Overall, I am currently very pleased with this item which seems to be delivering quality for a very reasonable price.
