I was a little disappointed in the way it cooked as everything I made ended up being super dry. The machine is fairly quiet, it’s fairly easy to clean, and the screen is sharp-looking… but everything was so tough, chewy, and dry. I tried to do less time on lower levels, but it did not change anything.

It is a lot bigger than the one I have as far as inside space goes which I love with 4 children. I have made chicken legs in it and they came out perfectly. There are a lot of options in the screen. Preset buttons if you will. We probably won't use a lot of them but it is nice to have options. It took me awhile to trust the process instead of entering my own times and temps but I finally did and have ventured out from just frozen foods and reheating. I would recommend this to anyone. It's a little fancy for me, someone more well versed in the features of an air fryer and all the amazing things it can do will very much appreciate this. I love it. It just has a bit more flair than I need. It is also a lot quieter than the ninja air fryer which I actually like.

The oil smell at start up is quite strong (would recommend placing outside if possible for the burn off period) but goes away after the recommended amount of time. Love the shake reminder and the ease of the touchscreen! Big enough for me to make a sizable portion instead of the smaller baskets.

For example, when selecting fries, it takes you to another menu where you can choose the specific type of fries you have French, waffle, house-cut, or curly fries so it adjusts accordingly. My old air fryer only had one generic setting, so I constantly had to monitor and adjust since it would give me 15 minutes but be ready in just 3. With the Kalorik, everything is so much more precise, and I don’t have to worry about over or undercooking. The same goes for chicken you simply select the type, and it cooks it perfectly. You can even modify it. I did fries. I had a video but can’t upload two. You can click fries and it gives you different options to pick from fresh, to wedges to house cut. Gives you the level 1-3 (quantity of food) and you can modify the temperature. My fave thing was the cord holder!!! I was more excited to see that as my old one didn’t have that and I don’t like my cords just hanging there.
