Cheaply made
$50+ for a piece of rubber, I was expecting it to already be plastic or something like similar to plexi glass you know for the price tag and brand but at this point you're just paying for the freaking little "Kate spade New York" marking on the case it's so bad quality and waste of time, save your money and buy one on Amazon or Temu or something. Unless it's on sale for $10 is the only time I think it's MAYBE worth it.

Doesnt fit
Super cute case but I bought it for my brand new 16 Pro and it didn't even go on! It covered part of my camera and wouldn't fit around the top. It is much lighter colors when you put it on the phone. I'm sure that I got the right one too

Very pretty case, fits snuggly. Very hard to use the buttons to lock the screen resulting in a lot of pocket dialing. I spilled water and some got on the case so I had to take it off. First time removing it since purchase and it ripped all down the whole seam. Didn’t even have it 6 months.

Plastic flakes off
Awful case. There is a thin plastic coating on the pattern that flakes off and sticks to my phone screen. It is so incredibly annoying and distracting that even though the case is beautiful and still is otherwise fine, I'm replacing it with something different.

Great Looking/Quality Case
Love the flowered case! Have it on my 13 Pro Max and have dropped my phone numerous times - no damage to the phone. I’ve had my case for 2 years. There is slight discoloration on the sides (tannish color) but only on the sides - the back is still clear, the small rhinestones are still intact & the flowers are still perfect/show no wear.
