Then, immediately wash with the shampoo and conditioner included in the kit. This is a straightening treatment that doesn't need to be left in the hair after the process is complete.

  • A: Extremely well. Just make sure you have enough. Buy 2 boxes just to be sure, having enough makes a huge difference. Also, use the revelon circle brush blow dryer and an electric hot comb. Much faster.

  • A: After applying the Straightening Mask (Step 2), it should be left on for 15 minutes. Then, remove the excess product with a comb. The hair should not be rinsed at this stage. Next, the hair should be completely blow-dried and flat ironed following the instructions. Only after the flat ironing process should the hair be rinsed with water and the conditioner applied.

    Pleasantly surprised!!

    This works super well. I am half black half white and I have naturally thick curly hair. I usually get Brazilian but hadn’t had one in a few months so I needed to do the new growth and this thing worked surprisingly well! Yes, it is a nightmare trying to flat iron and dry your hair with the product but you have to stick to it! Follow the directions make sure to seal the product by flat ironing it at the end. It may look like crap but once you wash it and style it, it looks really good! So glad I tried this product. I’m just hoping it lasts!

    The product did not straighten my hair, but it did relax my curls. As the product claims, the thermal memory made my hair easier to blow-dry afterward. The application process was quite tedious. After the recommended 15 minutes, I tried to remove the excess product, but my hair became extremely tangled. This made blow-drying and flat-ironing very difficult, and I was very close to giving up. Once I completed the final step and blow-dried my hair, it felt good overall. However, the ends are extremely dry, and I may need to get a trim. While I liked the way the product relaxed my curls and made my hair easier to manage after the process, the severe tangling and dryness were disappointing.

    So as someone who has gotten a keratin treatment professionally you know that when you have very curly hair it’s not going to make your hair bone straight BUT it will help with the frizz and makes straightening and blow drying the hair easier. Also the hair will get straighter if you hit it with a second round in a few weeks. This little kit is amazing for the price and the results, yes it is time consuming but ALL keratin treatments take that long and are work! A lot of the bad reviews seem to come from people who are misinformed honestly,

    I'm very happy with the results, my hair is straight and no frizz. It's been over 2 months and so far so good. The only setback is the amount of time it takes to do the hair. Also after applying the product I had hard time drying it. It took over 2 hours to dry then also I got tired from using the hairdryer for so long and had it dry by itself.

    Surprisingly great

    Like how easy the application and instructions are. We did a test strand and were amazed with the results. The fumes from the straightener are no joke- maybe wear a mask and definitely do in a well ventilated area. I have asthma it made me wheeze! I also got a slight headache from the vapor. Would use again otherwise!

    Not as advertised but not awful

    It doesn’t straighten your hair and there most definitely isn’t 3 applications worth. The shampoo & conditioner is only a quarter filled. The bottle of treatment to cover your entire head maybe a treatment & a half unless your hair is shorter than your shoulders. It does relax it a bit though and make it smoother and that’s really nice.
