Town House Oven Baked Crackers Original - 13.8oz

These crackers fell apart coming out of the sleeve. Very disappointing. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Love the taste, they do tend to break in packaging. I miss the Dippers, not the thin ones. Great for heavy dips, and chili, and they didn't break up in the packaging. Please bring them back.

They crumble in the package before you can get them out. Like all there products very bad how they have become..

I'll have to find another.brand of crackers since most boxes of Town House contain sleeves of broken crackers. I suspect this is the result of Shrinkflation where the manufacturer are making thinner crackers that subsequently are more prone to breaking during transport.

Like everyone says, the crackers fall apart before I can even walk to the couch. And mostly when I take them out of the bag. Absurd. They don't care.

Good crackers, but this company have reduced theses crackers to half their size. Plus the crackers crumbs very easily.

I have been buying these crackers for 30 years but I will not buy another box!! At least 1/3rd of them are broken and the ones that are intact, you can’t spread soft butter on because they break!! They’re too expensive to be this inedible.

I buy these all the time. The past few years these crackers are not the greatest. It crumbles. Falls apart. A complete joy killer of what a cracker represents. What's the point of buying a cracker if it's all crumbs before you even open the box?

Enjoyed the flipsidez. My only complaint was that 1/3 of the crackets were beoken. I'm glad that I was not having a 9arty I would have needed several bi,es to complet a aervinf tray

Townhouse crackers are my disabled elderly father's favorite snack of all time, besides chocolate, but he has been so frustrated with consistently damaged product he asked we stop buying them. Too many puchases in a row, they are not just cracked but totally smashed to crumbs. I'm not sure what the issue is, my guess being poor handling in shipment or insufficient cushioning - I work in grocer retail myself and see semi-fragile products like this get ruined often. But now I'm seeing this is many other's experience no matter what store they buy from, so maybe it is ingredient or quality control at the factory? Regardless, I hope the issue is identified and resolved. The taste he loves is still there, but the literal cracker itself is nonexistent - buying this product in its current state is paying for a box of crumbs.

Quality control has gone down the tubes. I've been buying these for years, but in the last year or so a high percentage of the crackers are a crumbly mess. How can you put cheese on a cracker, when there's no cracker left to put the cheese on. Why would you be selling a product that has that many defects? Makes you wonder about the other products Kellogg sells.

I bought these to have for a cheese tray! Opened the sleeve and every cracker literally crumbled in my hand!

These are my favorite crackers! I grew up on them and still love their buttery taste. I read all of the reviews about the crumbly crackers but fortunately, I didn't have that issue with the box I bought. A few crackers were broken at the bottom but that was it. Hopefully though, for the ones that got bad batches, quality can fix it!

I used to love these but now they are so thin that they shatter into tiny pieces and crumbs when they come out of the packaging. They also taste more artificial. It’s a waste of time to return but never again! Also shrank the amount.

What the heck! After being completely frustrated by my third box in a row of disintegrating crackers I thought I'd check if anyone else was experiencing the same thing. The answer is a resounding yes. Over a thousand reviews. So again...What the heck? These used to be my favourite crackers. Why hasn't Kellogg done anything? Obviously something has changed. Too bad. I'm definitely not buying anymore considering that I now know it's not just coincidence. I guess it's back to Ritz.

Sad that this company has put profits over quality. Obviously looking through these comments, almost every single person mentions how crumbly and useless these crackers are now, and yet they won't do anything to fix it. Very disappointed and sadly have to switch to a different brand.

Our Family has been loyal to the Townhouse Original brand for years. Over the the last 3 months, in every box, most of the crackers will be broken and have become stale. The box shows no damage, nor is the wrap on the individual tubes damaged. We've purchased from 3 different major retail outlets ...and the same result. But, I did take the chance and purchase the large "Family" size and every cracker was perfect...golden brown, buttery, and the way they should be ! Maybe the regular size run off of assembly production is packaging the seconds or rejects from quality control ? Anyway, we'll try another box of Family size this coming week and compare ! I don't like wasting Money $$

Not sure what's going on but for sure not the same.
