  • A: No ice tray but it can make ice depending on the temp. I went all the way to 7 and it froze my water bottle and ice pack. Also I would be careful about leaving medicine like insulin in there at that temp.

  • A: The refrigerator should be located in a completely flat surface. Please leave 2 inches of clearance on each side and the back of the appliance. The location should be firm and flat. An un-securely position may cause noise and libration: (a)The noise may be increased if the floor is not firm. (b) Put a sheet under the appliance for solving the heat emission if you need to locate it onto a carpet.

Not worth it

Doesn’t not cool enough even in highest setting. I bought 3/4 months ago for my classroom. It doesn’t keep drinks cold - Even the freezer compartment. There’s a bit of leaking from the back. Of course it’s past the return window.

Stopped Working

I liked the fridge when it was working but it just suddenly stopped after about 9 months of use. It was outside Target's return window and the company wasn't very helpful either. Be wary as this seems to be a more common issue with this model. Small freezer compartment could also only freeze one item at a time, more than that overloaded it and things melted.

Wasted time/money

Kenmore will not stand behind product! After having this mini fridge for a year, it just broke. Weird noises and will not cool. Customer service is a joke! Kenmore needs to do better, but they won’t. Don’t purchase this mini fridge, unless you want money wasted!

So far so good

The recommended temperature is plenty cool. Only 2 days of use and the freezer compartment doesn’t have a thick layer of ice. There was a plastic film under all the screws which may have been mistakenly left on from assembly. It was peeling upon arrival yet not easy to remove entirely. It creaks every few hours and I hope that is normal. The manual was thoroughly read and none of my concerns were listed as warnings so hopefully it is working as intended.
