    I bought this in March. It’s July - I went to move it a few inches back against the wall after cleaning and it sparked and left a scorch mark on the floor underneath. Be careful or maybe get a warranty. Fridge itself was fine for the short time I had it.

    Box totally damaged in delivery refrigerator hanging out the bottom of the box

    I am not sure if the item is working correctly yet the box that I received was completely destroyed on the bottom the hole underneath of the refrigerator was dragging on the ground as the Styrofoam underneath was all broken up and it was laying on the floor. I heard a lot of rattling when I was bringing it in the house so I am giving it a little while to see if there’s any damage. So the delivery was just awful.

    We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your refrigerator. The noise level on this model is less than or equal to 42 dBA. This model uses a compressor to keep the interior compartment refrigerated. The compressor does not run all day continuously but it only runs when the temperature rises above the set temperature and then it will turn off automatically until the next cycle. The sound of compressor might feel like it is louder when it breaks the silence waking up from a stationary phase.

    Delivery

    I ordered Mini refrigerator with freezer and when a lady cane to deliver it was kept in small family van horizontal. On the box clearly mentioned don’t lean or lift cross while the whole refrigerator was kept horizontal. I didn’t open but god knows what’s going to happen

    Not very happy!

    Unboxed the refrigerator unit to find it was damaged in three places. Called the store to see what they would do about a discount on the damaged refrigerator. They said, "They wouldn't give me any discount." Said, I could return it and get another one. The store only had 2 in stock. And I would have had to deal with the hassle of unplugging it and loading it back up to bring. Not wanting it to leak out in my car. Wasn't very happy with the out come from the management! They should have been able to do something!
