A: Please consider adjusting the thermostat. As this unit has a mechanical thermostat, we would recommend setting it to 4 for optimal use for the entire unit.

This is because the coolant needs to redistribute, otherwise the compressor may get damaged. I would put it on its left side, if the door opens to the right. Don't lay it on its back or front.

A: It's normal for the outside of a microwave oven especially the sides to feel warm to the touch during or shortly after use due to heat dissipation. Please allow 2 inches of clearance on each side for proper ventilation. Please unplug the unit if you notice the side becomes extremely hot (not just warm) or if you notice burning smells, strange noises, or the fridge isn’t cooling properly and contact our customer service at 1-855-666-4477.

Perfect size for dorm, bedroom, den, or small efficiency apartment. Double door w/ separate fridge and freezer sections. Fridge will keep food from between 32° F and 48° F. Freezer compartment can get to -1° F to 32° F. A subzero freezer in a Mini Fridge at this price is incredible! Small enough to go anywhere, yet large enough to hold food and drink for a week for a single person. 2 liter and milk sized storage on door plus a six pack of cans. Plenty of room for fruits/ veggies in the produce drawer and 2 shelves for storing refrigerated foods, and room in the freezer for several TV dinners and a couple of steaks and hamburger. Great product for the price. The ONLY complaint I have is that the ad showed an energy cost of $34 / year, and the energy sticker that came with the unit showed $44.80 / year. Other than that, I believe this is one of the best deals you'll find anywhere for the quality and utility of this unit.
