Q: How do i remove the shelves? Im having a hard time trying to remove them without feeling like im going to break it.
A: The shelves should slide out quite easily. Please try applying a mild soap to see if it helps the release of the shelves. Please email us at support@ukonic.zendesk if this doesn't work.

Do the opposite if your shelf is upside-down (if you can see the clips holding the shelf to the rail)

Q: Will a 16.9 fl oz water bottle fit in either of the refrigerator compartments?
A: The tray/shelf in the bottom compartment can slide out, giving about 9 inches of vertical space, and a little over 5 inches of width and depth. So, quite possibly your water bottle(s) may fit!

Q: This was a gift the recipient has let me know that ice is accumulating in the top compartment around the screws/plate at the back of the top part of the unit. Can I exchange it for another unit now?

The manual recommends turning it off at the end of the day and turning it back on in the morning, giving it roughly 6-8hrs rest. This will keep it defrosted and operating correctly.
