A: Hello, it comes 80% pre assembled. You will have to put on the front wheel, pedals, seat/seatpost, handlebar/stem, brake and gear adjustments.

Nice looking bike but had 0 instructions and missing apart for the seat . Christmas present for our son so this sucks, hopefully can find a part for it. Also called Kent number and only recording and it was during office hours.Be carful before buying from this place

Very Happy with Purchase. Has all the features I was looking for at an affordable price. Shipped well, zero damage to bike. Easy build and factory adjustments on brakes excellent, gears and rear shock needed just a minor tweak. Rides great and will update after hitting some trails....Ordered directly thru Kent International, 100% smooth transaction.

Almost awesome, the overall feel and look of the bike are great. However on the first ride just in the driveway the right pedal snapped off causing the threading to mess up. Bought new pedals to see if it was just the pedals but nope it was the crank arm. So ended up having to buy a new crankset from a local bike shop

My 15 year old son was so surprised to receive this bike & he absolutely loves it. It's been a great activity for the summer.
Derailleur bent

I assembled the bike as in instructions. On my first ride I tried to change gears and the Derailleur hit the spokes. This is a brand new bike and I’m unable to contact the company.

We are sorry to hear you have an issue with your bike. The derailleur was bent in shipping so when you shifted to 1st or 2nd gear the derailleur went into the spokes. This is not a manufacture issue. It’s is rugged and so well made. My husband and I have to fight for it. The ride is so smooth and the seat is very comfortable. The handlebars are perfect for my arm length as well as the height of the bike itself.
