Q: Once opened and put in the refrigerator how long will it stay safe to eat?

Once you open it, the product will be good for about 5 days in the fridge. If you think you will not use the full carton in time, you can also freeze it. I use Kettle & Fire bone broth to aid in my Intermittent fasting. I have been only having one substantial meal every other day. On the off day, I have Kettle & Fire bone broth fortified with Redmond sea salt to hydrate and satiate any hunger.

Great for Gravy!
I always use Kettle & Fire bone broth for gravy. I mix either one box of chicken or beef with a box of chicken-mushroom, depending on the protein. I warm the broth in the microwave while making my roux, and then add Better Than Bouillon to the warm broth to boost the chicken or beef flavor. Once reduced, this combination makes an exceptional gravy. Best of all, it has the added benefit of bone broth!

This is my favorite of all the Kettle and Fire Broths! So tasty, filling, and full of protein. This is the perfect drink to have in the morning prior to the gym, midday when you need a fix-me-up, or in the evenings when I need to wind down. Would recommend to EVERYONE!

Morning comfort!
This classic beef Bone Broth has become a staple item for me for the last several years. My order comes to me every 60 days via a subscription. Each box lasts me three days because I have approximately 5 ounces heated up in my favorite flowered small mug each morning. It is very comforting and the flavor is excellent. I am not a coffee drinker, so I have become a beef Bone Broth sipper to start my day, complement my breakfast, and give me just a little extra protein. It’s a great way to start my day!

Great quality & taste

Nothing soothes a tender stomach like this.
This is been an amazing product for me. I suffered from a bad espisode of SIBO and no antibodtic could help. Out of desperation I resorted to a 6 day fast which was the cure but returning to food had to slow and careful. My first reintroduce had to be beef bone broth…but most brands contained ingredients that would be harmful. Not only did Kettle & Fire’s bone broth have the right combination but it felt so soothing to the stomach lining….even plain water was irritating. Now I always keep a supply on hand for recurring sensitivity. I even took a box of it to my doctor so he could recommend it to others with the same issues. I am so grateful.
