Smells very strong of the stain.
I like the size and it looks great. The problem is I can’t use it until it airs out. It smell of stain so bad. Do you have any suggestions as to get the smell out?

The trunk itself is solid and smooth. It did have a varnish smell upon first arriving so I left it open and treated with lavender mineral oil. The overall aesthetic is nice. However, the metal detailing is slightly flimsy.

Overall, I'd rate my entire experience at a 6 on a scale from 1 to 10. Still curious why the trunk has 4 holes in the bottom (1 hole in each corner) which I'd assume are for legs.
