Kevin's Cilantro Lime Chicken - 16oz

Was a little worried after reading reviews but glad I decided to try it. It was very easy and quick to make. Massage chicken to break it up then drain. Make sure your pan is hot , add oil then add chicken. I broke it up a little more and let it sit 1-2 minutes each side and it got browned quickly. At first it had a vinegar smell to it but it went away quickly and didn’t taste it. Then add the sauce and let simmer for a few minutes. I made rice and refried beans to go with it with a little lime. Very tasty and filling. Would pick this up again when I want something quick and healthier.

This is very tasty, convenient and quick meal. I microwaved according to the instructions and it comes out perfectly. All the negative comments don’t make sense to me. I used this to make nachos and they were great! I’ve tried all the chicken dishes and this is one of my favorites.

So incredibly scrumptious!!! I made it with Batsami rice 90 second rice. And added some Sargento Mexican cheese on top for a open face chicken taco. I will be buying this again.😋 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a quick and easy meal for a weeknight. It’s delicious, my family raved about the flavor. However, we used it for tacos and it’s def not enough even for 2 adults. Maybe using it in a different way to supplement would be better. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5-stars.

I picked this up for a quick, easy, and healthy dinner while home alone and cooking for one. I made mine on the stove top, and the chicken was tender and moist. I made some rice with it, and it was the perfect healthy meal for one. PLEASE NEVER CHANGE THE RECIPE OR PROPORTIONS!!!

I really like this. Quick and healthy. I haven’t tried the other flavors yet. To the haters - obviously it’s more affordable to buy raw chicken and cook/season it yourself. This is for the people who are short on time, want something that tastes great, and is healthy.

I’m surprised with all of the bad reviews. I thought it tasted great. It was easy to make and pretty darn healthy. I’m definitely buying more. I don’t think it is enough for three servings, two max.

False advertising, 10oz of chicken not 16oz, rubbery texture

The pictures posted (not the cover) are accurate, but it tastes delicious. The cilantro sauce is what makes this stand out. The chicken is tender. First day I ate just the chicken. Second day I made a cilantro chicken taco salad. I did order pickup and they gave me chicken that expired the next day. Otherwise I would have made a third dish with rice.

This is a total bait and switch item…Don’t think you will actually get the picture on the front…That just ain’t happenin’…Bland…Bland and most likely thesis-vide’ cooking technique the label speakers of is actually American for poached chicken…Which is American for boiled chicken…Yeah, ewe right? YEAH…EWE…Shame on you Kevin who ever you is…

Literally the most delicious meal I can’t believe anyone thinks otherwise. Especially with the g&g brown rice, quinoa, and red rice omg chef’s kiss it works so well with the sauce. I had it for the first time this week and liked it so much I went back to get more the next day. Would recommend if you like cilantro.

Chicken had a funny texture

Super easy and delicious! Great for tacos! And I love that it’s gluten-free. Keep in mind this is barely enough chicken for tacos for myself and my two kids who are 11 and 8.

Omg!! I’m surprised with the negative comments. You have to drain the broth. It’s actually good!

The children and I really enjoyed this. I did cook the chicken longer than suggested, though. I paired it with Adobo rice and boiled corn on the cob. This made for a quick, and deliciously satisfying dinner. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it tasted. This will be my 4th time purchasing.

Was pretty disappointed with it overall. The only thing it actually saves you is cooking the chicken for longer. You still have to drain the chicken baggy, break the big chicken chunks apart, cook the chicken, drain again, add the sauce from the baggy, then cook a final time. I could’ve saved some money getting raw chicken and a jar of green salsa. I thought I was getting something marinated and ready to heat quickly and eat but this wasn’t it. Most the sauce falls right off the chicken and soaks into the rice or whatever you’re eating it with so the actual chicken isn’t very well coated at all. I could do it in a skillet I guess but I got this to save time so if I’m doing the whole skillet thing I’ll just do it from raw chicken and marinate it first. I only ate half and am saving the rest for tomorrow so hoping the chicken marinates a bit more. I guess it’s on me for not throughly reading directions first and just going off the pics, which looked pretty good.

So we grabbed 2 of these and the 1st 1 I cooked, the chicken looked and smelled of extremely cheap quality and tasted bad even after dumping the sauce packet and the skillet which the sauce packet contents seem to be decent quality. My wife cooked the 2nd pkg and she just gave the chicken to our dogs (who's sniffed it for a few moments before eating it and I've honestly never seen our dogs sniff chicken breast for that long before eating it), she used Smart Chicken brand chicken breasts with the included sauce packet and could tell a difference right away. For this price it's not worth it people. Try the Good and Gather brand if you're going to look for a package like this they are much better quality.

The flavor is good! The chicken is tender! People need to learn how read the package and follow the directions.
