I had high expectations for this dish, but I was underwhelmed by the flavor profile, or rather, the absence of flavors. This tasted like water down broccoli. Typically, Thai cuisine is renowned for its rich and vibrant taste.

First there is little to no sauce. Im not even sure you can call spiced water a sauce to begin with. The chicken has a weird texture, it's like a rubber band chewy kind of texture and is completely season less. the broccoli is fine, the chicken is fine and idk what kind of rice that is but its weird but fine. I wish I could get my money back.

Make it cleaner, xanthan gum is not harmless. Why do you even need that in there, just use honest ingredients that we can recognize.
