These are great. Light up above and below but I put blown bulb in top. It only lights up below- nothing in your eyes. It's just what we needed.

There is no cover to the top of this light so water would run all over bulb and electrics. Why call it an outdoor light when it is not. That kind of fact NEEDS to get mentioned when you use the word "Outdoor". Total bummer on poor descriptions from Lamps Plus YET again
