Kichler Lighting Armida 5 - Light Chandelier in Olde Bronze

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received my Armida Chandelier, I was surprised at the size of the fixture. Normally, pictures make objects look larger than they appear; however, the photos of this light did not do it justice! Even the box makes it appear smaller than it really is (great job of packaging without wasted space.) When I was getting ready to have it installed, I worried about the types of bulbs it would require because I misunderstood the product information and thought it would take a bulb with a special bottom in each of the lights. I breathed a sigh of relief when I realized the chandelier used regular 60 watt lightbulbs. The product is not as heavy as it looks, which allowed my installer the ability to maneuver around in my tall entrance area without fear of falling. I worried that the fixture might make it difficult to install due to weight. The piece looks sturdy and heavy, but is lighter than it appears. My entryway is tall, and as you can see in the photo, the light fixture fits nicely above the stairs. I would not recommend this fixture if you do not have tall ceilings. My hall entry is dark (one small window next to the door) and this chandelier brightens the area nicely. Please excuse the ladder in the photos - I was so excited to get photos of my new light I did not realize it was still in the hallway. I love my new light! Once again, Kichler's quality workmanship and elegant design did not disappoint!
