These are absolutely beautiful when they are clean. However, they are horrible to try and clean - I see where one person says you can take the globe off without uninstalling the fixture. I have not tried that yet, as I have ten foot ceilings taking them down would be a bit treacherous. But with gas heat and gas stove, they get dingy very quickly and look awful. I would not buy them again even though I love them.

These look amazing above our kitchen island. There was some variance in the glass, so we ordered a few more and then returned those that didn't look the same. However, it does say that the glass is hand blown so each will be unique- so no fault of the vendor. They're beautiful! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Beautiful lamp I used for my clients bedroom remodel above their nightstands. Allowed more usable table space next to their bed. I tried the recommended bulb but elected to purchase a different one from a specialty lighting store. Looks great!

Absolutely love them!

I really love the light but the directions were incomplete, out of order, and confusing. It would have been nice to have a step by step with pictures OR at least a introduction that showed all pieces included with what they were calling them (including screws) to properly know where/when to use. The language could have been much simpler but it was overcomplicated. The two parts of the directions that need to be updated/changed are where to properly put the mounting screws (in the threaded holes NOT the slots.....had to find a blog site to correct this issue) and the order in which to put the washers and glass piece. In the directions they tell you to put the washers on first and then the place the glass piece on after which if you do that the glass will not fit over the washers and then nothing holds the glass up. You have to place the glass piece on first (pull the fixture through the glass) and then reach up inside the glass to put the washers on and then lower the glass down. Also, it would be nice to have in the instructions that you need to put a plastic washer below EACH metal washer (plastic, metal, plastic, metal with the plastic piece on bottom). I was able to figure all of this stuff out but I can see other people being confused. The language needs to be updated in the instructions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful, large pendant. Perfect for a foyer or over a dining table. Lightly seeded glass that looks nice with an Edison bulb. Bigger overall than I was expecting, but great nonetheless! We used this fixture in our 200sqft tiny house as the main light source and it really gives it a glamorous, sexy cabin feel! The style works really well in contrast to the rustic wood. It was relatively simple to install, although you are somewhat limited in the length you can hang the light because of the length of the rod. Also...Would look best wired to a dimmer switch(or utilizing a lower wattage light bulb)since the bulb is completely exposed and can be blindingly bright.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed two of these lights above the island in my kitchen. The lights are beautiful! We were initially unsure about the seeded glass, but now we really like it. Two reasons I only give 4 stars. The first reason is one of the lights came with glass that was very seeded, the other with glass that was minimally seeded. The difference is noticeable, and they don't quite match when you look at them. The other difficulty with these lights is the rods only come in 6 or 12 inch segments. Our ceiling is vaulted, and the height difference between the two lights is almost 9 inches. I had to buy an extra rod, cut it, and tap it to make the lights even. Doable, but it wasn't easy. All in all we love the lights. If your ceiling is even and if you can see the lights before you buy them and get two with glasses that match I highly recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fixture is much larger than I anticipated, but I love it! The large size makes such a statement in the room. I love that the fixture is closed at the top (won't let dust in!) because I've had open top glass fixtures before and they are dust magnets and I couldn't keep clean. Another great feature is that this fixture can be varying heights, it comes with 3 stems. Our ceilings are only about 8' so we only used one stem so the fixture will be out of eye sight while sitting at the dining table. We put a 40Watt Edison lamp in the fixture for now but the amber color of the lamp is a bit dim so I'll probably switch that out for a clear lamp to give out more light. Overall, beautiful fixture and a definite statement piece!

Works great with vintage style bulbs for a soft glow. I was nervous the glass might be cracked during shipping but arrived unscathed.
