This fun, brightly-colored set includes a wheeled backpack and an insulated lunch bag and is available in cute patterns for kids. Functions as both a bag on wheels for school and a fun carry-on backpack for kids ages 3-9 years, The Kids roller bag features soft, noiseless wheels with a magnetic self-lighting system (kids will love this!) and has a recessed three-stage locking handle system with a push-button release. A: I don't own this one, nor can talk about the quality of the material, handling of the wheels, etc... However, per the dimensions given, it would fit under a US airline seat if it is not overly stuffed. I have a different brand backpack that fits perfectly under airplane seats. It is 12x16x5. Hope this helps.

Very nicely made. It’s perfect size for up to first grade. You will want to get something bigger for second grade and above. But I highly recommend for kindergarten and 1st. It’s super cute with multiple compartments for easy access.

I ordered this for my rising 3rd grader because she has to carry so many books to and from school and she really wanted a rolling backpack. She found this one and loved it. Unfortunately it was a lot smaller than expected and not nearly as big as her regular backpack. The handle also takes up room in the bag as well. The price is high for the size and not so great quality. We will be returning it.
