A: Hello, the actual weight capacity is 300lbs for the step stool. This was an error that has been ammended on the TG website.

Q: How does do you get this to lock open? I just got this and when I open it I don't see a way to lock it open. Mine just wants to close back up. How does it lock?

A: Hello, you have to fully open the ladder and follow the instructions for properly standing on the stool.

Bought this specifically for my toddler to use. It helps him reach the counter and sink to wash his hands, and is easy for him to get out and move around. I love how slim it is when it’s folded so I can tuck it out of the way in the space between my fridge and cabinets. Way cheaper than an actual toddler stool and works just as well. I occasionally use it to reach things at the top of my cabinets and I feel secure standing on it. Love it so much that I just bought a second one for upstairs.

I am under the weight limit and went to step on it and it immediately broke and I fell through it. We’ve had it for about a year but barely use it. But then this happens one random morning and the plastic cut my foot when I fell.
