This is certainly my go to Brine kit. I’ve used it on turkeys and ducks

I have used other brines-but this one is the BEST one yet! Wish I had taken a picture of my bird. Even my wife commented , how good it looked. The flavors were all through the turkey, even the breast meat. Skin was crispy and delish! Will use your product from here on out!!! Thanks people.

great flavor the box says up to 20 pounds but i do 2 turkeys with 1 box the included bag does a single turkey i use a large lined cooler. (follow directions) put in my mix and pack it in ice leave it to soak 24 hours i butter it up and use the rub i put in a litte mabey a cup of the brine mix and anouther cup of water start slow cooking my turkeys use my meat injector every 30 minutes inside and out until the bird is done and golden brown the turkeys so tender it will melt in your mouth. my family strips it to the bone . you can also stuff your bird bfore cooking it leaves a great flavor in your stuffing

All I can say is, "WOW" Very flavorful. Especially if you substitute 2 cups of water at end of recipe with Orange Juice. A really flavorful product. A must try. Thanks.

This was my first time ever using a brine method. Instructions are super easy! I did a 15 lb Oven Roasted Turkey for Christmas. Using this kit made the brine method super easy. The Turkey had amazing flavor and the meat was very tender and juicy. Definitely purchasing again!

I’ve used several brines and homemade ones. Brine Kits as they are have brought out the best in my turkeys. I actually almost ran out of turkey. My only fear is that there are going to be more turkey eaters coming.

The Butchers Brine Kit was more than I could imagine. Turkey was excellent, leftovers were juicy and my turkey soup was the best I ever tasted!

First time using a brine and it worked magic on my turkey ..so moist and delicious. I always have a problem with my turkeys being to dry for my taste only. I tried brining this year to see if that would help keep the turkey more moist and flavorful. It worked !!! So easy to do , the bag with the kit was not strong enough for our 20Lb turkey so I purchased a heavy duty one online and it did the trick. Brine was very simple to put together and the flavor was amazing !

Tasty turkey! Made my Thanksgiving - everyone loved it

OMG! The best brine ever. I have used brine kits purchased from grocery stores like Harris Teeter, World Market, and Home Goods for the past 7 or 8 years. But this brine kit from Kinders was the best and easiest. I brined the turkey for about 14 hours. This kit also contains a poultry seasoning sprinkled on top of the turkey after brining - the flavor was perfect and full. Comments from guests: The breast of the turkey wasn't just "not dry" and moist, but it was juicy. And trust me when I say it was juicy. I also did butter the turkey under the skin and sprinkled some of the poultry seasoning under the skin before baking the brined turkey. Delicious. Target please continue to carry this brine next year. I had no problems with the brining bag tearing. I actually set it in the roaster positioned up and laying on the edge of the roaster so that the entire turkey was submerged in the brining solution. And I did let the brine cool 7 hours after boiling before adding the additional water and ice.

For the last decade my Thanksgiving turkey has been brined in a fancy boutique mix that was delicious, but hard to find and expensive. I took a chance on this kit since we LOVE Kinder's seasoning blends and sauces. It was fantastic! The brine mix was simple and evenly balanced, and the buttery seasoning for roasting was the perfect flavor profile. I will note I have always added buttermilk to the cooled brine for an extra tender and juicy bird that stays moist for days in the fridge. Also loved that it came with a bag and tie since I have occasionally had to get creative in years past.

Where has this been all my life! My daughter used this and the turkey gravy for Thanksgiving you actually at 65 years old it was the best I ever had!

I've always avoided turkey during the holidays. That ended on Thanksgiving. My wife happened upon this brine kit and I reluctantly used it and baked a turkey. This was, by far, the best turkey I've ever eaten!! It wasn't dry and the flavor was immaculate. Even our guests (whom are also turkey haters) loved it. I will never make a turkey any other way.
