I tried it on all sorts of stuff from home made hummus to big club store rotisserie chicken. I personally was a big fan of pairing it with that roasted chicken. The sauce is thick and creamy kind of like spicy mayo in texture and apperance. It doesnt taste like mayo however, as the most dominant flavor in this yummy sauce is the lime for sure. Followed by just a touch of heat frome that chipotle pepper. Its a savory sauce that compliments well with certain food combinations, like I personally enjoyed with chicken. The twist-top squeeze bottle is also very nice and it makes dispensing and storing the sauce an absolute breeze. I really enjoy this sauce and still look forward to trying it on so many more different foods!

This has been may to go to sauce right now to any fried food. Find it weird but I like the lime taste of it. I prefer to eat like a child and I literally make meals out of nuggets, cheeses, wings, crackers, etc. I always have a fridge full of junk food and sauces to complement it. This sauce wasn’t a win for me. I love sauces but am not a fan of Mayo and I couldn’t help but taste a lot of it in this sauce. I tried even using it with different items but all I could taste was the Mayo. My husband on the other hand (whom loves him some Mayo) loved this.

I’m only taking one star away because I wish there was a bit more spice and stronger flavor in the sauce. I tried it with fries but it was personally not salty enough for me. I also tried it on a veggie burger and it was better. I think this will probably go great with some fish tacos.
